The night manager is a lier. I told them I had been here for 10 minutes and i got towed. When I went in the Burger King to confront them they said they didn’t call and that tow trucks “come in and tow people all the time” I then talked tot he tow guy and he told me the manager is the one who called. He needs to get a real job and do something g eke with him time

I ordered a double bacon burger with ex pickels and a half oring half fries. When i got my food the sleve for the fries/onion rings werent open at all but all the onion rings (no fires) were chilling in the bottom of my bag (just thrown in there) the guy who took my order was rude and rushed me every step. I then had to return all they way to the store to have them fix it the manager on duty (some white dude who smelled like old socks) ignored me multiple times I had to yell my own order to the kitchen it was still made wrong. I called the store number a total of 10 times 3 last night 7 this morning 3 times from home 4 times sitting in the lobby (absolutely no cars in drive threw and 1 person inside already helped) they ignored the phone on the 4th call while in the building the manager yells to just unplug the phone. I then walk up to the counter and told them I was calling wxplaind last nights events and asked for corporates number they provided me the wrong number and apparently couldn’t get whole of the big boss for the number needed but told me they could refund it. My order was $26.07 they gave me $22 so I was shorted $4 I left my number because apparently the big boss will be in tomorrow 01/30/2026 and told them to have him call me. It’s the 29th today so we will see but based on the customer service as of now I highly doubt it.

They get my order wrong almost every time, they charge a ridiculous amount of money just to give you the wrong food. then when you try to call or talk to their customer service you get nowhere the customer service is just as useless as the people making the orders at the restaurant. I’m not sure why the people at the registers don’t understand simple English? Fed Up of wasting my hard-earned money I very rarely can afford to eat out and then when I do this?? next time I’m going to Wendy’s. Food is better anyways

Alright. I don’t usually go out of my way to write a review but this was something I couldn’t let it slide. As soon as I got inside. The first thing I noticed was the filthy tables all over. Floors were disgusting, bunch of homeless people hanging out, one of them serving himself some drinks for free out of the machine with his own cup and another one SLEEPING in one of the booths!!! How can this be possible! This place it’s an absolute joke. STAY AWAY!!! FYI My pictures don’t do justice. It was BAD…

Got food from Burger King and then went for a walk around the block. I was walking for maybe 20 minutes and come back and my truck is gone.
There was like 1 other car in the lot.
I get it, my bad. But holy crap…towing it in less than 20 minutes? Really? Gone for 20 minutes and the lot was practically empty….

Solid spot for a quick bite! The Whopper was fresh, fries were hot, and the service was decent for a fast-food joint. Nothing fancy, but it hits the spot when you’re craving a classic burger. I like that they’re open 24 hours — definitely convenient!
