Love the fish tacos at sweetgreen! I always enjoy my meals here and one of the best thing about ordering at sweetgreen is that you get to customize your meal just the way you like it. Good food!

I have ordered two pickups from this sweetgreen where they have included ingredients that I did not order. The first time I let it go as it was edible but the second time I spoke to customer service who didn’t really care and offered very little by way of refund. They don’t seem to give a damn and were quite rude. Luckily there is a just salad just over in Post office square

The food was way under portions, I mean come on I pay almost 18 dollars for my salad and this Is all I get. Then I get there and one of the workers with black hair and doesn’t speak English very well is so rude. I was just receiving attitude the complete time, and she even rolled her eyes at me when I asked for just a little bit more of lettuce then talked about me as if I didn’t know Spanish to one of the other staff members . Un professional

A great place to eat health. Service was great. Love the ability to add “mix please” to my app profile name in order to get my preordered salad mixed. I also appreciate that they stay current on what greens are labeled as a risk for E. coli. Thanks, Sweetgreen!

I visited this location on 11/17 and ordered the Miso Glazed Salmon plate. It was not very good. Overall, the plate was very dry. The salmon was dried out and tough due to sitting in the warmer for a long period of time. The sauce was not good and the rice was tough. Overall, I was very disappointed with my meal. I couldn’t finish it and had to toss. It was not worth the $$ that was charged.

I love Sweetgreen and their salads (despite the price) but this specific location is really bad and a nightmare to deal with. They constantly mess up orders making me have to go back there to complain and waste my lunch break on this nonsense. Managers don’t even want to process refunds or even speak when they mess up. Just promise a refund through the cashiers.
