Staff was friendly but that might be a cover up
Everything seemed fine up until it came down to pay. I could not use the app so I figured I’d cash the points in when I got home for my order. I came to find that they had already cashed the points out for my order. I also though it was odd that they “had to take my card to the register” and away from my sight. Food was great otherwise.

I came up to the window and was offered to try the new combo. For the first time ever, I said YES. Only to receive a burger that costs like 5 dollars less than what I paid for. I normally trust the drive thru and dont check my bag (because that’s their job), but c’mon. They also completely forgot my spicy chicken sandwich.. buyers beware of the service

I’ve said this before I only give 5 stars when a place has gone above and beyond. I’ve beenppq going to this Carl’s Jr. Since 2010 until 2015 and I have had times where I might not have had the best experience, I have started going back in 2022 and since then all my visits deserve a five star review. The staff at this location are top notch. Tonight the last day May was no exception the guy who took the order to the manager were exceptional.

What difference a week makes went thru drive thru and ordered ice water for my service dog and they are now charging a dollar plus tax. I’ll have to figure out if water is being charged elsewhere and make a decision. Dine in reuse cup add ice go to restroom and fill with water. Same water less the cost.

Horrible staff. Rude and when I asked for extra snap meals for me and my kids they said no because everyone has to have a card for themselves so they could only provide me with 1 even though my kids are 8 and 10. Dont ever come here

I had the Beyond Western burger and delicious fries. I felt the Beyond patty could have been cooked just a little longer, they tend to be on the soggy side of not practically overcooked. Very nice staff and clean restaurant.

Ordered on the app employees can’t read correctly. 4th time I’m missing extra patties on my burger. I call and they don’t answer at all. Assuming they let it ring on purpose so one will give up.
