I’ve come to this location numerous times, every single time, I have had an extensive weight. The food does not come out that fresh, and order accuracy is also a problem. Just take a look at the other reviews, there are numerous issues with this location. Unfortunately, I have to agree with the other local guides, this location needs a major overhaul. It needs a new store manager who is actually going to hold the employees accountable and keep things operating smoothly. I should not have to wait almost 20 minutes for food.
This will be my last time coming to this location. The 86th St. location In Owasso is slightly better. The staff is also more adequate and friendly. Sure, the wait times that location would be a little high as well, but there is a higher level of consistency and quality that comes out of that location.
Just do yourself a favor, read these reviews, and then make your decision to come here. Not trying to enter business from them, but it is a very sad display every single time.
Their food and their service keeps getting worse and their prices are only going up!
I ordered two chili cheese footlongs and fries. When I pulled up to the drive thru window, it was nasty. Crusty food and what looked like mold on the window ledge. I peered through the dingy window to see what it looked like inside and it looked like they haven’t swept or cleaned in weeks. When the woman handed me my food, her hands looked like she had been rebuilding a transmission in the back, not handling food. I drove home thinking gee, I sure hope I dont get sick. When I opened my food up, the fries looked and tasted like they were cook in three week old oil. The chili on the coneys was black and burnt like maybe it was a few days old. I returned to the store and told her I would not eat this vile food and described what was wrong, including the nasty window legde she was serving food through. I had taken a picture I will share of the window and mess inside. This place is unhealthy and nasty looking, not going to find out about how nasty the food is. DEFINITELY won’t be back. Don’t they have a health department inspection in this state?

They should just bulldoze this health hazard and rebuild.
I made a mobile order and asked for an extra cup to split a slushies between my daughter and my niece, so I just asked for an extra cup & she rolled her eyes walked away very dramatically said “ UGH” very weird. She came back with the cup with no lid or straw…. So I asked for a lid & a straw she came back very rudely said “ you can order it on the app” I replied “ you didn’t have to be rude to me” and she walked away & THEN her and her coworker sat at the window as I drove off laughing & waving at me… over me asking for an extra cup… that definitely wasn’t called for and very immature especially over nothing.
When she finally delivered my drink, she claimed they were unsure how to make it! Seriously? How can you not know how to make one of your specialty drinks? This is Sonic we’re talking about! It’s not like it’s a complicated cocktail; it should be in their playbook.
And then, when I took a sip of my “Flamingo,” it was nothing more than a watered-down cherry Sprite. This is beyond unacceptable. If they can’t even get their signature drinks right, what’s the point? I’m incredibly disappointed in the service and quality. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. I won’t be returning!
