Clean spacious place
Huge parking lot fit for an emperor ( McDonald’s) it is so huge you will get lost
Parking lot is easy to get in , but very difficult, and dangerous to get out. On very busy streets , super fast continous moving non stop traffic. Especially across from Fred Meyer if you are trying to go up hill towards 108th in opposite direction have to contend with both directions of traffic. Must wait for a very long time . Or if tried to rush , then risk collision.

I ordered a cup of coffee online and i got a notification that my order is ready, when i came in i was told wait one min and that one min ended up in 13 mins and when i asked again he said just one minute. I mean if the order is not ready then why do you guys send fake alerts to the customers that order is ready ? Such a pathetic service. I’m the regular customer there but not anymore now. This is not the first time it happened with me multiple times.

The food hospitalized both of us. They screwed up our orders adding mayo to my husband’s order instead of mine. Tried calling but no one ever answers.
Also they refused to take our order at counter asking us to use the kiosks. My polarized transitional glasses don’t work on those screens. The young male server was very rude about this.

Hands down the best customer service experience I have ever had. I have a little elderly dog in the car with me all the time, every time we go to a drive through he thinks we’re at Starbucks and demands a pup cup. I apologize and tell the lovely gentleman at the window that was why he was so excited and after I paid and went to the second window for food, they had a cup of whipped cream waiting for him. I about cried because that was just so thoughtful.

I work about a half a mile away. So when it’s lunch time, I fire up the app then order and pay for my food. I get there in a couple minutes give them my code, slide through the drive-thru only to stop at the first window if I need the receipt. I really never had to wait more than a few minutes even when the line was long. One time I was sent to pull forward to the wait spot and still it was under 5 mins. I like to get that McChicken meal deal that comes with four nuggets fries and a small drink and it’s always fresh.

The Buns is always bigger then the thinnest patty and half filled large fries
The burgers never look like what they advertise and the fish filet barely has tarter in it and they charge extra for more tarter. SMH!!
