This has been the closest Wendy’s to me for the last 15 years. The service has gone down hill over the last few years. Each visit takes 25-30 minutes and when you finally get your food, they hand you half of it and close the window. You will have to go in and wait for someone to acknowledge you before you will get your full order.
Consistently frustrating experiences.
I will say that the food does seem to be of reasonable quality but it will be the wrong food when you receive it. If you’re okay with terrible service, I don’t think the food itself has been gross or anything.

Best Wendy’s I have had in years. My wife and I stopped in yesterday for a couple fish sandwiches and also tried the new chicken tender wrap. They were very busy but the staff was great and all the food was fresh and extra crispy!

03/03/26 went through the drive thru an the employees at the window were to distracted flirting with each other to give me all of my food. Ended up not getting an entire meal consisting of a burger, 4pc nuggets(we got the honeymustard tho?) A fry and no straws for the 2 drinks. , didn’t bother to call or go back around because it took almost 25 mins to get around to the speaker the first time when there were only 3 cars ahead of me.

We used the mobile app to order. When we go to get the order they said “oh, we don’t have chili” (You know because Wendy’s doesn’t advertise their chili to death). When asked to get the money back, they said they could not because it was a mobile order. So WE have to try to figure that nightmare out. On top of that they did not give us the fries we ordered. Apparently your staff needs more training and you need to figure out how to treat your customers.

Pulled up to the drive thru as an employee was outside smoking. Immediately was nauseated by the mixed smell of pot and cigarette smoke. We decided not to eat there and went to McDonald’s instead which was much busier anyways and had fresh food.

The cashier seemed untrained both at cashiering and life. Could only handle one order at a time. They called out my name while still preparing my order and drink. Proceeds to come up put my stuff on a tray even though I said to go. Proceeds to grab a bag looks at me and asks me to hold the fries for him while he bags the stuff. Then proceeded to tell me to just bag it myself. Then laughs walks away and says “Man you should just clock in. Man the customers are funny” I was neither amused or being amusing.
