We had an amazing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings thanks to Savannah (manager), our server Jesus, and bartender Christian! Savannah was incredibly professional, welcoming, and made sure everything ran smoothly. You can tell she truly cares about both her team and the customers.
Jesus was outstanding — attentive, quick, and always checking in at just the right time. Our drinks stayed full, our food came out hot and fresh, and he made the whole experience enjoyable.
Christian at the bar absolutely crushed it with the drinks! Everything was made perfectly and came out fast. You could tell he takes pride in what he does.
This kind of service is what keeps us coming back. Huge shoutout to all three of them for going above and beyond!

Came in for dinner the other night. greeted with a smile we were promptly seated. by front staff. and Kelley took care of us His service was excellent: his recommendations on food and drink were great. watched some of the game and had a great meal. it was nice to be offered refills and extras. thanks so much for a great experience. we will be back for sure.

We were pretty cautious coming to a BWs with such low ratings… I normally love coming here cuz it’s such a great restaurant. The problem with this location has nothing to do with the food, but it just seems like they’re understaffed and struggling.
The food was great, and honestly, most of the servers were super nice and very helpful! Unfortunately, we ended up waiting a half an hour just for one order of wings. Then, we weren’t given napkins, silverware, or water. I almost felt bad for the servers who kept coming to check on us, knowing that we still hadn’t gotten our food while we sat there waiting for so long.
It was hard to get the attention of servers to ask for things since they were so busy, but the location wasn’t even full… it’s just hard to staff a whole Restaurant with only 3 people.

First and last time I come here, we were seated as a party of 4 and had a okay server. I believe it was the manager that gave us our food and she was very passive aggressive and rude. She told us to quote “figure it out” on which food was ours and slammed our trays. I stopped enjoying my experience after that interaction.

Everything was horrible. Maria, our waitress, was not friendly at all and made it very clear she does not like her job. She was annoyed when we were taking too long to order, she never once came to check on us. She never smiled. Food was warm and hard to eat. The atmosphere just felt weird, it was obvious that they were short staffed. The host was bussing tables, spilled a cup of ice water on the floor and just left it there. Lazy, unprofessional, and rude. We will not be back.

Usually dont do reviews but my server Kelley was amazing. He didn’t miss a beat made sure my friend and I had everything we needed and made us feel super comfortable and they were busy ontop of it…he also reccomended my drink which was amazing will be back.

I am giving my experience a 2 star solely because my server was great but upon walking in TWO heavyset women; one with purple hair and the other blonde laughed at my mother and I when we tried to reach a bar seating the wrong way. This is our first visit here and can’t believe the childish behavior by these older women. I commented the issue to my server and the rest of our eating experience was great.

We tried to order online. Could not use gift cards, so we call. Placed a timed order, showed up 5min after it was scheduled to be ready. Waited for 25min more only to find out it is double the cost vs online. Then when we tried to ask why it took so long and was double cost. The lady was rude and goes do you want the order..not sorry or anything. So no I don’t want it. Bye and never again. And I will tell everyone.
