Amazing staff and great quality food. One of the workers (shout out to Raven!) helped us and was so kind, patient, helpful, and really left an impression. Just had to shout out an amazing employee when I see one! Plenty of people just go to work and do the bare minimum, but Raven is killing it! (Give her a raise )

The staff is always super nice. Visit here regularly but the amount of stuff in the shells is becoming less and less. I paid 60 cents for sour cream and got a drop! Can I please have my other 40 cents of sour cream? All of our tacos had next to nothing in them.

The restaurant has been remodeled and it looks nice. The food is always good. The service is unacceptable. I can’t blame the staff. Its not their fault they can’t get enough help. But, people don’t like to work these days. The last two times I’ve gone, I’ve had to spend my whole lunch break waiting on the food. I won’t be going back until I know the staff shortage is improved.

Went here, today at 6pm 11/25 and it literally took 45 mins just to get my order. No one was waiting on the in store orders or DoorDash, their only focus was drive thru and they were barely pushing those orders through in a decent time… make sure you don’t have anything to do before you order from here because you’ll definitely have a longggg wait time!!

Gave it another chance and was pleasantly surprised. Was expecting 10 minute wait on 3 items, but instead received my food in a timely manner. Its been nearly 6 months. Pleased I gave it another chance. Keep up the good work!

We sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes with the employees inside the window on their phones laughing and clearly not doing their job. Then they gave us out baja blast freeze half melted and when we finally got the rest of our food it is all cold.

On August 16th @ 10:14pm I came in for a DoorDash and the mixed girl working drive through had her vape out and would sneakily hit her vape while working. The Lobby was disgusting,the workers was outside smoking Mary Jane. The Oder was very strong. Everytime I walk in this Taco Bell it smells like vomit! The bathrooms and nasty! The kitchen is nasty. DONT EAT HERE!!! they touch their phones then touch the food they are prepping!! Very unsanitary. I think the health inspector needs to make a magical appearance with no warnings!!

The saying of IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD is exactly how I feel. I believe this is the worst Taco Bell yet. Soft tacos are the same at all, but this 1 was like super nasty meat, watery, just so gross, I tossed it (Im over 200lbs, so food is serious) and had an upset stomach from the first few bites (1 of 2 and never ate the 2nd, that gross).
The meat was almost like it was every tendon, organ meat mince, and bad scrap, they could find, then tossed a half a gallon of water on it and using as a gravy.
This is the 4th Taco Bell I’ve been to in 10 years, prior it was once every 2 weeks. I will NOT go to any more thanks to this place. Bluck!
