Just ordered a meal on the way for a meeting. Got down the road a ways before I was able to check food. I forgot to order no pickle. As I went to pull the pickle off I found a bug in my sandwich. I called the store to handle the issue and was told to turn around and come back. Advised them of my inability to turn around at this time due to personal matters. There was no apology nor attempt to make it right.

Don’t order from this store because you won’t get it. And when you call they treat you like you’re a fool. If you choose door dash for your deliveries with YOUR app then set up communication so that YOUR customer gets what they paid for. Ordered tacos, fries and onion rings. All the food was cold. It upset our stomach. The only thing good was the drinks. Won’t be going back anytime soon to this location.

They left out the bacon on a sourdough jack. Dont know how they messed that up. Had to come back. They kept the old burger, threw it out. By the time i got home all the other food was cold. They werent even mid rush.

This is the egg roll I was served on the evening. I brought it in to show the store manager and he didnt care. Too busy to talk to a customer, lied that he doesn’t speak English well, and gave me the wrong corp. Office number and refused to give me the correct one. I will never eat at this Jack in the box again

We waited 25 minutes from the point we pulled in til we reached the window. They did not even have our order correct so we, along with others ahead of us in line, drove away hungry.

If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would. Do not come to this jack in the box I ordered 8 tacos and 4 out of 8 of them looked just like this with 0 meat inside. Anytime I come here the food is incredibly disgusting. How does someone look at this and think it’s good to go? Is this how you would want your food to be ?
