I came in for happy hour which started at 4:30-6:30pm, and my experience was 10/10! Britney & Luis were very nice, knowledgeable & very professional! They made sure I was taken care of, every need was met and they kept a positive attitude throughout everything! I wasn’t sure what drink to get but they made sure to give me ideas based on what I like & I was very satisfied! Overall, even the atmosphere was great, very clean, professional & friendly! Definitely recommend this restaurant & Britney & Luis!

Classy Calming Trendy atmosphere with super sweet waitresses and service! Prices aren’t bad considering the area. The food is AMAZING. You definitely get what you pay for! And the drinks are perfect. Not too strong, not too weak. When I’m up this way again Im definitely coming back!

It was our first time at El Sarape and we had a great time! The food was excellent! The pulpo asado al chimichurri is a must try as is the berry margarita! We also enjoyed the el yucateco! Our wonderful server Rocio was so incredibly kind and gave us great recommendations! We will be back to try more of the extensive menu!

I found this to be a very nice restaurant with a lot of unique dishes. Including a whole fried Red Snapper with a seafood topping. Overall the food was very good. The service on the other hand was lacking attention. The server failed to write any of our orders down and when the main course came out several things were missing. This disrupted our meal as we had to get the attention of the server and we all waited as the missing items we eventually brought out. Then the manager came over to ask how everything was with our meal. I shared with him the service issues we had and he said he would take care of those items on the bill and walked away. The bill was never adjusted and after being there for two and a half hours no one cared to wait to speak with the manager a second time.
Staff and management need better training when it comes to paying attention to detail.

Another delicious dinner at El Sarape. The atmosphere is pleasant with soft background music, making conversation easy. Our drinks were delicious and the octopus appetizer was an artistic masterpiece. Our waitress helped me order the best grouper and shrimp dish. Our evening ended with a gorgeous presentation of flan.

We were a group of 7 at their first mixology class experience. It was AMAZING! Ismael is so knowledgeable about tequila, agave, and a perfectionist about the drinks. He was so nice, friendly, and patient explaining everything; the passion for what he does clearly shows and the drinks were just perfection. On top of that all the food was outstanding, and everyone else was very friendly too. We all just had a blast with awesome drinks, food, and people! Can’t wait to go back.

We did the all you could eat tacos for Tuesday deal which was super price friendly and the tacos were amazing. We loved the al pastor and the chicken tacos the most. You really get a lot for your money here, make sure you get the green salsa with your tacos as it’s a little spicy and wonderfully delicious + lime.
Excited to come here again and try their fish tacos that are not on the all you can eat Taco menu!

I can’t recommend this place enough, it’s one of me and my husband’s favorite spots. And I say “one” because we love it as much as the other Sarape(s) locations in Chalfont and Horsham. We come to this place often, but lately every Friday we’re drawn back, and every time we come back it’s just as good as the last time. Besides their delicious food, the pineapple mojitos are so good that they’ve become my new favorite drink!
But it’s not just the amazing drinks and food that sets this place apart. On our last visit on Friday, our server Jesús was so warm and welcoming, we felt nothing but good vibes from him. He was so friendly and he made us feel like we were important as customers. It’s hard to find a server that stands out, but Jesús was one of them. Shout out to Jimmy too!
All in all, this place is an absolute delight to eat at. We’ve been regular diners over the years at this and the other sister locations, and we’re always recommending it to friends and family!
