My steak was completely burnt! I couldn’t even eat it because it was hard and inedible. Also missing the chimichurri we ordered and I there were maybe 2 pieces of chicken in the tacos. Chipotle is a joke! I spent almost $30 and ended up throwing it out. These employees know exactly what they’re doing.

This size is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention it is not correct. Why does my chipotle burrito show comparible size to a Fifth Third Bank Pen!!!!!! Every single time i go to this Chipotle in Harrison Ohio, i am met with rude customer service, and employees who do not want to fulfill my order to the Chipotle Standards of portions. Chipotle set the standards for portion sizes and now this??? Absolutely ridiculous. Is the portion sizes that I am paying for coming out of your employees paychecks??? I would like to know. Dont increase prices if your going to decrease portion sizes. This is not worth the money i spent, just to leave feeling hungry. I should have went to tacobell. Much more bang for the buck i spent here.

A year ago I came to this location and received an absolutely pathetic portion. In the intervening time I have been to several other Chipotle’s dozens of times and never had an issue. Today I made the mistake of giving this location another try, and they still delivered mediocre portions.
Also, additional notes: all of the counters were dirty, there were no forks in the plasticware dispenser, hot sauce containers were out, and the whole place was generally running poorly/inneficiently. This location needs a management change or needs to be shut down. In it’s current state it is entirely irredeemable.
Also, the reply bot can spare me the whole “make a complaint on our website” nonsense. I’ve done that and it accomplishes nothing.

No good – we were visiting from out of town and this chipotle is nothing like ours. This is the amount of food we got in a bowl (we ordered three of these) ☹️

Badly made food. Ordered a burrito with light sour cream and they filled it with mostly sour cream, they hardly put any meat in it, and the whole burrito is so empty its mostly just tortilla filled with sour cream, feels like im drinking it. It is inedible. The chips they gave us seemed like they were from the bottom of the container because they were inconsistent, some being soggy soaked with the oil, others being overbaked and stale, and way over seasoned. Bad experience.

I Woke up in the middle of the night vommiting and continued to throughout the day. I got food poisoning from here.

Food quality is always on point. Portions as well. Definitely doesn’t skimp on serving size. One of the better Chipotle during the evening. The one time I had went earlier in the day it was the complete opposite.

Waited 30 minutes after my pick up time was for 6:30pm. Ask for manager from the employee at register he went to the back came back up (register employee) and said anyone wanting a refund to call the number! Customers were coming in and ordering and got faster service. While 6 of us stood there still waiting on our online orders. No apology, and no manager!

This is easily the worst location in Cincinnati. Absolutely horrible customer service when I called to discuss my bowls (see photos). Basically said sorry and moved on. No one here cares. Don’t order takeout/delivery or they’ll turn out like these photos – it’s happened more than once. Why work if you won’t even do the minimum?

My daughter and I were visiting the area from Northern Kentucky for a hair appointment and decided to stop in here for lunch before we hopped back on the highway. It was somewhere fron 12:30-1pm last Saturday and we didn’t have to wait in line long at all. Service was friendly and food was hot. The rice tasted great! We really enjoyed our lunch. I can’t speak on mobile ordering or being a regular to this location since we’ve never been here before. The only minor complaint would be that the tables weren’t clean but it wasn’t anything we couldn’t wipe away on our own. We had a great visit to this location and would stop by again if in the area.

I’ve finally had enough bad experiences here where I just have to share, this place is awful for portion sizes and food quality. If I’m paying extra for extra cheese and there’s barely enough to cover the food in my bowl, that’s ridiculous. Go anywhere else but this place because it’s consistently terrible every time I have it.
