THE TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, NO GOOD, VERY EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE, FROM BEGINNING UNTIL THE END. NEVER GO, NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL, ALL THE WORKERS LIE, THEY SAY TO WAIT 15 MINUTES, BUT CUSTOMERS REALLY WAIT MORE THAN 30+ MINUTES. THEY DON’T PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR ORDER, THEY GIVE OUT THE CUSTOMERS INCORRECT ORDERS. THEY JUST DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND COMING HERE AT ALL.

This location’s pizza portal never seems to work. According to the cashier, they don’t use them because people steal pizzas from it which makes sense. However, the whole purpose of the pizza portal is to avoid making a line, yet I still have to make a line and put up with this lack of sense of urgency from the workers. I recommend you abstain from ordering from these location if you are trying to use pizza portal and don’t like waiting in line.

Jennifer S was terrible at customer service. First, she didn’t even greet me and second she messed up my order to the point where the manager had to come out and fix her mistake. She messed up two orders from two different people from the time I was there. Once I finally got my correct order after waiting 30 mins because her mistake she didn’t even have the manners to say your welcome when I said thank you to her, she just stared away and was mute. Overall, I did not feel comfortable in this store because of her and her negative attitude.

I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt & give them a second chance but the more i come here customer service experience seems to be getting worst & one of the worst one i have ever had. they have no pizza’s ready & expect us to wait 30 mins keep in mind is the last day of school & kids love to have pizza party’s. (but hey we want something fast) but thats not even the worst part as i finished paying the cashier (gael) said “you’re good to go” without even asking if i wanted a receipt or a thank you, you have a good day.

Nothing that’ll hurt the reputation of this place but I placed a phone order that said would take 15 to 20 min to make and when I went to pick it up they said they didn’t have an order under that name or my phone number, and no one able to help or know happend. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone and waste half an hour like I did
