Ordered at 3pm today, didn’t even get time to touch it until 5…. Was so happy to not have to cook! Big bite…And my burger meat is only park cooked. Half is still raw.. no one dared eat theirs after seeing that.. paid $38 today for 2 large fries, 2 large drinks and a happy meal… Learned my lesson

this is the worst mcdonald’s around. you’re better off going to warrenton, wentzville, mexico, lake st. louis, owensville, wright city, kingdom city, literally ANY other mcdonald’s. this food is always cold and wrong no matter how small your order is. they can’t keep workers so it’s always Extremely SLOW. the new management is rude as can be and not sure she really knows anything about management or how to do truck as they’ve ran out of everything since she’s taken over. personal hygiene is lacking BIG TIME here it’s quite disgusting that everyone here is gross and they’re all touching your food, if you go make sure you have time to wait forever no matter the time of day usually, have cold nasty food, and nasty people and attitudes. good luck to you.

The dining room and everywhere else is always clean when I stop in. And the people there go above and beyond to help you if you need it. Everyone is always very kind at this McDonald’s and the food is fresh not stale like you see at a lot of others. Its a nice reprieve from the road.

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Waited 20 min for a Mcdouble and it was the most pathetic looking sandwich I’ve ever seen. Zero onions, burnt bacon and more ketchup on it then meat. Absolutely disgusting.

Order was wrong and no receipt was given to us. We went through drive thru and had to get out and go back in. Then the person wanted a receipt to prove we paid for the 1 burger missing. WHY would we try to con you out of 1 burger when we paid $40 for the whole dang meal?

terrible facility they didn’t even open their store until lunchtime. I went to the same location prior and they closed down their store early and we’re all hanging out inside. customer service is terrible!
