Very disappointing experience at Domino’s Pizza. I ordered chocolate lava cakes and had to wait about 45 minutes for something that should take just a few minutes to prepare. That kind of wait time for a simple dessert is unacceptable, especially from a large chain that is supposed to be known for fast service.
There was no explanation for the delay and no sense of urgency from the staff. It felt like my order didn’t matter at all. When you go to Domino’s, you expect quick and efficient service, but this was the complete opposite.
This experience was extremely frustrating and a waste of time. I definitely will think twice before ordering from this location again. Do better.

Shout out to the guy working here alone tonight. He was juggling the oven, the prep station, and the register all at once. Even with the stress and a few rude customers trying to jump the line, he stayed focused and made sure those of us waiting patiently were taken care of. Great service under tough circumstances ,this man needs a raise

I had enough points to get a free pizza so I just ordered it on line. When i got to the store the lady behind the counter told me it’s a cheese pizza only. I told her I wanted pepperoni on it like all my other orders. She rudely throws the pizza back at and told me that’s my order and I had to take it. it was 2 other Black ladies there and they thought this was an easy fix. She did not want to deescalate the situation so in kind I esculated the situation to match her energy. if you don’t speak Spanish you can forget about resolving the smallest of issues. Then her so called boss called me back on my phone to let me know she is Hispanic and also hate Black people by defending her employee and threatening me. This is what they do, they treat you like crap and when you respond they want to get on your case. We as Black people are past this phase, you don’t get to treat us any kind of way and not get responed in kind.

I always pick up the pizza cause it’s faster that being delivered, I see a lot of people complaining here about delivery maybe because the place can’t handle all the volume of orders. I’ll never in my life again ordering from this Domino’s location every again! So I placed my order yesterday at 12:45 am, my order didn’t arrive to my house until after 2am. Once I opened my food I was highly disappointed in the way my food looked and tasted. One of the sandwiches wasn’t even whole. Then I call the following day 7/17/22. I tell the lady about my experience with the food and I was coming down there to show her the pictures of the food. SHE WAS RUDE from the moment I started talking. Her facial expression said it all. Don’t order from this location because it seems the customer not right and that’s not how to run a business anywhere.

I will never stop at the Domino’s again last time I ordered a chicken Parmesan and there was no marinara. No one asked for no marinara. I didn’t make a big deal. I didn’t call do nothing. I need to review nothing now. I went in today and I been there going for about four or five times a week because no I don’t cook so Domino’s is across the street anyways I paid for why is my sauce not in this bag? I’m home and I’m throwing your chicken wings away. I order plain wings and a dipping sauce. Why would I eat the plain wings without the dipping sauce now I’m not spending no more money at your establishment, but then I called to speak to a manager and the person that answered the mail is belligerent. I just called at 2:50 PM. I’m asking for a manager and he’s asking all this additional questions like Domino’s still come here if you want your food to be accurate.
