It was my first time coming to Tuesday’s Drag Loteria night, and I will say I had the best time EVER. Daniella was so engaging with everyone as a host! Tim served up delicious drinks with the best demeanor! Last, but not least, Ally always made sure we were doing okay! Might I add, their happy hour menu has great prices with the cutest plant prizes. We got a pitcher margarita for $18 that serves 4 people. Lots of great vibes and energy overall. If you haven’t gone, please give it a try. I promise you’ll have the greatest time 🙂

We were there to celebrate my friends birthday she paid $350 for a so called VIP section and yet they didn’t decorate at all but wanted to charge $10 to decorate?! Wow! Idk but we think that’s ridiculous but their wasn’t alot of people either so I get why
However the drag show and the performances were awesome and so fun and entertaining I apologize for the misunderstanding. We had a great time and so did the birthday girl. I honestly don’t get out much so please forgive my previous comments and experience it for yourself. You won’t be disappointed

My husband and I have attended events organized by Rey Lopez Entertainment a few times, and this experience sadly fell short for us.
We went to Picks Bar to support the amazing local queens who contribute so much to San Antonio nightlife and to see a Drag Race performer share their art with our community. We reserved a front row table with four seats for just the two of us and purchased the VIP meet and greet to enjoy an elevated experience while supporting the performers and events like this.
Payment for the meet and greet was collected at the door and limited to cash or Venmo. After paying, we were not given the bracelet meant to identify access. Entry check-in could have been better organized.
Later, when I asked Rey a question, he stated that we had not paid for the meet and greet. We had to correct him and send proof of payment via DM. The interaction was uncomfortable and could have been avoided with clearer verification and coordination. After that interaction, we felt uncomfortable and chose to leave earlier than planned.
When guests choose premium access, the experience should run smoothly and respectfully.
The staff and servers were good, friendly, and attentive throughout the evening. The food, however, arrived cold.
We will continue supporting our local drag community and hope future events reflect stronger coordination and guest care. Experiences like this influence where we choose to invest our support moving forward.

The vibe is elevated, inclusive, and already feels like home.
The drinks are phenomenal! Do not be afraid to ask for what you want, they modified the mezcal margarita to my specific taste (I don’t like sweet drinks). Speaking of mezcal, holy moly do they have a great selection!
The bands they are bringing in are top notch, and drag brunch/shows are the best in town.
Now I am going to show my age…
You can pay to reserve a table ANY NIGHT. I am at that stage in my life where knowing that I have a dedicated seat means everything for me.
I am definitely going to become a regular here.

Cute and stylish bar with great photo op areas for us girlies. They always have a vibe going, whether its a cover band, karaoke, or brunch. Tim the bartender is knowledgeable, cheerful, and great at what he does. Ally keeps it coming with her charm and great service. I come here often when I can. Love the atmosphere!!
