When it comes to the highest quality Armenian Mediterranean food in the LA area, Zankou whether it be here or Pasadena is my top pick. The harr (hot sauce paste) and tomm (garlic paste) are out of this world when added to chicken or kebab. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Never disappointed.

Service: Jenni was AMAZING! Great personality, super helpful and she’s pretty.
Price: A little high, but worth it. The meal was about $17 prior to my add on of rice and a soda.

Absolutely amazing experience at Zankou Chicken today! The food was incredibly delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Every bite was packed with authentic taste, and everything came out quickly and just right.
A huge shoutout to Nava for the outstanding service! He was so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. You can tell he truly cares about the customers and making sure everyone has a great experience. His energy and professionalism made our visit even more special.

( Mid week 5/21/25. Wednesday aprox 3 pm) Very nice and helpful staff!! All with such a great friendly attitude…it was worthy taking the time to give them all of the 5 stars!
Food portions were also very fair for the price charged. Some other locations are a hit and miss w/ their servings, specially a “miss” if you take out. The store had plenty of parking, all around it was safe & clean. Inside, it was clean and all the staff was super attentive.
The food came fast and was well served. I am often all over town & valley for biz, and when it’s traffic time, l rather stop to take a bite or take to go. This was great for an early dinner.

this is probably their best location in Southern California. The food is very fresh and good quality. I order from here all the time, to the point that even in the off occasion that there may have been a mistake with my order, they themselves reached out to correct it and went above and beyond in great customer service. Let’s get this restaurant the review that they deserve. First of all I live in San Diego and it’s almost every time I’m in LA I find myself searching this place to go eat. That restaurant made it top on my list, considering this I’m very picky with a lot of aspects food quality, cleaners of the location and the staff, flavors and pricing.
Later I have searched and I found that this restaurant has multiple locations and I’m looking forward to have one in San Diego. The food for me is above and beyond in terms of quality and a flavors. A lot of Middle Eastern restaurants miss that aspect. This restaurant just nailed it. Sometimes when I’m in LA I search and I found like I’m about 20 to 30 minutes away and it deserve to take the drive to eat high quality food and be happy.
The stuff never disappointed me always a smiling and listening to my order request they are always showing respect and high quality of customer service.
All in all and I don’t want to make this review very long this is how restaurants should be.

Stopped by this place for a quick dinner! Was pleasantly surprised by the friendly efficient service of a fast food place. The lady at the counter was so helpful seeing it was my first time there.
Opted to eat outside on their side patio since it was a nice day. Food was so flavourful! The meat was juicy, marinated and not dry at all. Asked for hot sauce on the side and it was the perfect amount of spice. Would love to try their other menu items next time!

Doordash order review: I am absolutely obsessed. I would eat here once a week if I lived in the area. I know they are famous for their chicken, and they absolutely make incredible chicken, but I was also blown away by the steak kebabs. The taziki, hummus, and cucumber salad are so fresh and so packed with flavor. I don’t think you can go wrong getting food from here except by ordering too much.
