Raising Cane’s is one of the best restaurants around this area, especially because it is located right in the middle of Roseville’s busy shopping atmosphere, which is perfect for shoppers to have a lunch break. The chicken strips and fries are very delicious, and I completely understand why many people are fond of this restaurant. The atmosphere also makes it stand out too. Another one of the many restaurants that I recommend to people who eat and shop a lot in the Roseville area.

We’ve never been to this chain and it was an easy off/on from I80 on our latest roadtrip.
They had an outdoor seating area with fans which was good since our dog was with us. We just split their 4 piece combo which included Texas toast, fries and coleslaw. And that’s pretty much the extent of the menu here.
The chicken was well cooked and juicy, but the batter didn’t seem as crispy as I would have expected. The slaw and Texas toast were fine.
Gotta say I prefer Safeway’s deli chicken tenders over these.

100% of the time we order from here, they totally screw up the order. Spend a couple hundred dollars every time we order (BIG family/BIG gatherings) and you can COUNT ON them leaving at least 30-50% of the order out. It’s not that difficult to check to be sure the entire order is there, is it? I TRY to be a great customer. I TIP GENEROUSLY. We spend GREAT money here. But I’m moving on. Sorry. It’s just not worth it. Take your hard-earned money elsewhere—where they value customer service and quality control.

Chicken tenders are elite. Always order extra Canes sauce – chicken and fries must be dipped.
Pro tip: never get canes to-go. It will be soggy by the time you get home.

I went through the drive-thru & then got curbside pick-up the next time. They where great both times & really fast. Great service, they’ll give you any of the extra sauces, napkins, utensils, etc. Order was always right & fresh. Try out their chicken fingers & Texas Toast.

Food was amazing. Staff was very patient as we took forever to choose what to order. There chicken didn’t have too much batter, just the right amount, and if didn’t fall off either. The bread was really good. Soft and chewy. The coleslaw was great. At many other places the coleslaw is too sweet, but here, it had the right balance. The whole place was really clean (especially the bathrooms) and the dining area was bright and gave off a homey feeling.

For a semi quick bite, sure. But don’t dine inside. The tables always appear to have been wiped down with the same towel they use to mop the floor. Sticky, visible residue that takes away all of my interest in their food.

On this day, I had the #1 which consists of: fries, 4 chicken fingers, coleslaw, Texas Toast and dipping sauce (like thousand island).
FOOD: This seems comparable to Chick Fil A for me, though the menu is much simpler- more like a chicken In n Out Burger. The chicken was well prepared and has a bit more spice to it than Chik Fil A. The portions were generous, making this a slightly better value than Chick Fil A but NOT as good as In N Out Burger.
SERVICE: I literally got my food right after ordering and it was fresh and hot No complaints here. Great job!
ATMOSPHERE: Cool pop art of Elvis on the walls. More “cool cafe” and less “cold cafeteria” like Chick Fil A and In N Out. We’ll call it slightly classed up over those joints. I like the way they have the restrooms as each restroom is its own restroom.
I liked it.
