Ordered 4 tacos this morning and they are sad! This is not the first time they are over cooked and have nothing in them the little lettuce that is there is wilted and looks old. I love jack tacos and for me not ti eat them says a lot photos will be included!

Just left this establishment. Never a problem until today. After leaving the ER with family and decided to grab a bite to eat, we went through the drive through. Get to the speaker and asked for a bit of time to decide what to order. First young lady (Hispanic)said sure, let me know when you’re ready. She then checked in again within a few seconds and we began to order. Upon deciding what to get my son to eat, we were interrupted by another employee (young black female) yelled through the speaker “Do Yall Want Anything Else, SHiiid!” We proceeded to go to the window and explained how disrespectful it was. Night shift team leader/manager apologized to my husband who’s a taxpayer and Vietnam veteran (70 years old) but it still doesn’t resonate with me because a CHILD OR YOUNG ADULT IN REPRESENTATION OF AN ESTABLISHMENT SHOULDN’T SPEAK TO AN ELDER OR CUSTOMER IN SUCH DISREGARD. We decided not to order and went to Burger King where the customer service was excellent although we had our hearts set on Jack in the Box. Will be reporting this to management and Corporate. If I could give zero stars I would.

The people that work there was has great customer service. I has a coupon and honored what combo I wanted. I had the same coupon and the peron did listen to me. I had a bad experience at another Jack in the box. I will not be going back to that one.

Indian man in there is rude, tries to talk to me rude stating i didnt have my order placed at the correct location when it clearly states forest hill. Tries to argue about the store address saying hes not from this area, but you should know you work in forest hill right? Seems like common sense. I dont have time for people like that, just ended up canceling the order online.

Hi fives to the late night crew early Wednesday 11/29! At 2:30 AM it is great to receive exceptional service provided by the person at the window who delivered fast, hot, and accurate food orders with courtesy and a great spirit. This person was able to work through a line of cars by solo with ease. The cook clearly assisted with delivering hot fresh food. If you want great food, great service at 2 AM Jack is in this box!!

Been to this location several times and don’t usually have an issue with the service. However, this morning (0130) def didn’t have good service and the food was not good. The lettuce looks so old, brown, and crunchy….the cheese for a minute, thought was wrapped in a paper towel. Additionally, we ordered 8 tacos and got 4.

Horrible service to start off with employees are very rude, bought a supreme croissant and find mold in the egg. Called the number on receipt and of course number does not work. Very disgusted and disappointed. Especially when pregnant this is not ok!!
