After discussing 3 times, with Miguel C. (Drive-thru) how we didn’t want sour cream on 2 of 3 items, they put sour cream on it anyways. We were tye only people in line, so there was no rush to follow a very simple, 3 item order. Don’t even ask if you’re going to put it on there anyways. My bf was livid. We will never be back, as he hates sour cream with a passion. Also, even worse, it was soggy and stuck to the package so bad, it tore apart when opening . There has to be a better way. And there has to be better workers out there.

Their night shift crew is the absolute worst. They have multiple items on their menu that they say they are no longer selling or no longer have. Which is false advertising because it’s on their menu board, website, and DoorDash. They don’t provide the meals you ask for, or get your order correct but refuse to give a refund or correct it at the window. Completely unprofessional and I will be taking my experience to corporate. 2 stars only for the fact that the day crew is so kind.

i went to this taco bell 20 minutes before they closed on monday night. i arrived at the intercom and began telling my order, the girl was very impatient and sounded very irritated like she didn’t want to help. i told her to give me a minute twice! cause i didn’t know what else i wanted, the first time she waited, the second time she cut me off and said to pull forward. the service was very poor. they could do better.

This location consistently underperforms. Despite my efforts to give them the benefit of doubt, I have yet to see any improvement. On September 1, I visited this location via drive-through and ordered an item from my rewards, which should have only cost $6. Unfortunately, the individual who took my order lacked knowledge of the app and struggled with English. I find it perplexing that Taco Bell promotes app usage when their staff appears ill-equipped to assist customers with it.

Somehow Taco Bell continues to prove that the hardest thing to do in fast food is get soda right. Always the drink machine has run out of carbonation or run low on syrup. The drinks taste like crap about 50% of the time. Gotta be a better way.

I ordered two taco packs on a Friday night in the app. Half of one had some modifications. These were done by the time I arrived and the tacos with modifications were correct. It was awesome! This is a great Taco Bell.

A mildly disappointing experience here today. Their service was adequate and the food tasted good, but the restaurant was a disaster. It made it it hard to eat there. Plus, the staff stood around long enough visiting with each other for a supervisor to take notice.

10/08/2021 update: decided to give the store a second chance since my last complaint. I added a photo of an employee serving my food on a dirty tray. So,apparently, the employees aren’t interested in maintaining a clean restaurant, which indicates to me there could be problems with their food as well. Just saying. At least the supervisor acted on my complaint after bringing it to her attention.

As a father with 3 kids who play sports theirs time when we order food and go through drive get our food and prepare for the next day. I ordered my food online went to pick up through drive through just to get told I cant pick up my food from drive through this is the most unethical most inconvenient way you can run a business and you allow it well I now know to go to del taco instead hire and learn how to run a store
