I just came through the drive through tonight and I received my fries Burt. The fries was hard as a brick. Also my double quarter did not have my Big Mac sauce on it and I was charged for it. My order number was 1261

Service was overall bad. The place was dirty to the point you could see the grime on the floor. When I informed the workers that the order was wrong I was spoken too like I was stupid. We waited 25 minutes for our food and the place wasn’t even that busy(we ordered 3 burgers, a four pice nugget, a drink for each meal, and two large fries). No gloves were being used and ladys with long hair had their hair down. Id rather not return and I suggest you don’t stop here. And yes my family did get food poisoning.

I simply do not understand how they can’t get my order right. I ordered online thinking maybe it’s just a hard time with the speaker and the drive through I can understand that. However when they went to hand me my drink it didn’t look like it had whip cream which I had paid for so I asked about it the very nice worker turned to the lady who made the drink and she rolled her eyes and yelled it’s on there. Don’t need the attitude but okay went home and my steak bagel sandwich was burnt and I had added for there to be extra breakfast sauce since for some reason it always gets missed and surprise there was no sauce which I had paid extra for. I was the only car there so it’s not like there was any sort of big rush and still it’s incorrect.

You can really tell that that they have a new crew. The food is now always cold, the fries never have salt anymore, they don’t give napkins anymore, and the entire staff is rude for no reason. There’s no way that the same group of people have a bad day every single day. I’ve been in management for years so it’s easy for me to see that they have either a new manager or a new supervisor and that person is making the crew miserable. It starts with management. This used to be my favorite McDonalds to go to when driving through Westland.

This will be 3rd botched order in the past month. It’s not busy, 5 cars parked and Im the only drive-thru customer. The kitchen ticket clearly states make it a double quarter pounder. Guess what – just one hamburger patty. Do your kitchen crew just not care or are they just terribly incompetent?

i’ve never left a review before but i just feel like i have to, the lady on the speaker and first window is always so disgustingly rude. any place i know in the food industry would’ve fired somebody who speaks to the customers the way she does. everyone else seems pretty nice. also want to note im always nice and she’s still rude and the costumers she gets mad and yells at will just be asking something simple not even rude. no one is expecting 5 star service at a fast food drive thru but she just has no home training.

I ordered the spicy chicken 4c and I had to wait quite a bit in drive thru and then I finally got up to the window and they handed me my spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and small fries and they asked that I pull forward because I ordered a mango pineapple smoothie and they had to refill it because it ran out. So I pulled forward and waited 13 minutes for my drink to be delivered. So when they finally came out it was to tell me that they were out of the ingredients and refunded me the cost of the smoothie. Then when I get home the chicken was dry and almost burnt and the bun was also almost burnt and was hard. Unacceptable!!! My fries were cold by the time I waited on them. Sandwich was also cold. I couldn’t believe they actually put this food out to be served. This happened on march 5th at 8:02 pm

On November 10,2025. I visited this McDonald’s on my way to work. The service and food was horrible. The lady that took my order was very nice and friendly but that where it ended. Driving up to receive my food the chick that gave me my food is very unprofessional, she tore my bag as she was giving me my food, my food was cold it was as if someone else ordered this meal and left. I asked for fresh fries, I got soggy fries, the nuggets were old and the Big Mac and double cheeseburger was old as if it was sitting around. I 45 minutes away there no way for me to bring the food back so I threw it away and went to work with no lunch. I wasted damn near $20 for some cold left out food. I work in customer service and I have never treated my customers in such a way, this is a disgrace with my McDonald’s being the leading fast food chain. Bullshit do better. I really would like my money back I still have my receipt but the food is in the garbage.
