So glad to know I paid extra money for two little stripes of sauce on my “tossed” tenders, staff is completely unorganized and unprofessional!! Never got asked if I was dining in out take out, and never asked what kind of sauce I wanted for dipping!!

My wife ordered the Cobb salad. It came without the egg and bacon. When she mentioned this to the staff, the person at the window suggested she was lying. They gave her an egg and half a piece of extremely thin bacon. We paid close to $30 for two lunch meals, and this level of customer service was disappointing and inappropriate.

Never had an experience like this at Zaxbys. Waited at the front counter for 5 minutes while the guy didn’t even notice I was there, as he was wiping trays. I had placed a mobile drive thru order, but came inside due to needing the bathroom and the drive thru line was so long. I was told they did not see my order. I showed them confirmation. They still did not see it. Waited 25 minutes before leaving , without food. Second bad experience here, wish I had remembered that before ordering.

Ridiculous horse playing going on. Excessive loud laughing. Staff giving away free food. The cashier couldn’t even process my gift card she was so unfocused. Mr Danny(shift manager) came from the back after I called for him and immediately processed it. He was very nice but he cannot handle those kids. The atmosphere was like some playground. I am totally disgusted. I’m assuming they’re high schoolers. Very unprofessional and need more training on how to interact with customers.

usually enjoy Zaxby’s, but my recent visit was very disappointing. I went through the drive-thru on a busy Sunday, which I understand can be a hectic time — but that doesn’t excuse rude customer service.
The employee who took my order seemed visibly annoyed, like she didn’t want to be there at all. Her tone was short and unwelcoming, and it felt like I was inconveniencing her just by ordering food. I get that everyone has tough days, but a basic level of courtesy should still be expected when interacting with customers.
With how busy it was, you’d think the staff would try to keep things running smoothly and professionally. Instead, the experience felt rushed and unappreciative. I left with my food, but definitely not with a good impression. Zaxby’s needs to work on customer service training, especially for high-traffic times. Do better!!!

Zaxby’s was a bit disappointing. The food was okay, but it didn’t quite hit the mark. The chicken was somewhat bland, and the flavors just didn’t stand out like I hoped they would. The menu has potential, but the overall experience fell flat. Service was fine, but given the food, I’d rate it 3/5. Not bad, but not something I’d rush back for.

We were a bit concerned about bad reviews, but our experience was very good it was our first time here and asked recommendations for a cashier. She was friendly and took a time to fully explain to us. Food came very hot and was really good. Tables were cleaned timely manner.

I see bad reviews, and I’m sorry that others had bad experiences, but we were simply traveling through and got some food. Believe it or not, they were the best chicken tenders that I have ever had anywhere. The new lemon pepper is so good. Thanks to the team who made our food fast, hot, and delicious.

The girl taking orders was very unhelpful and unfriendly. I had to ask for a fork so I could eat my slaw and also had to ask for the extra sauces that I had paid for… and it was like it made her upset ‍♀️ The tables were filthy! I had to go get napkins and wipe them off… I was just very disappointed with the experience! The food however was zaxbys good!
