I gave 2 stars because the location is good and the service “USE TO BE GREAT” now the service is so so and everything else is questionable. The intercom at the drive thru is always broke and you can barely hear them and they can barely hear you. Now as far as the food I ordered the Buttermilk Crispy Chicken Sandwich and it is suppose to have a crispy chicken fillet instead it was the size of a chicken nugget or a small flat burned chicken tender and it was missing lettuce. I was very disappointed and if it wasnt so late I would have to drive back to them for a refund. The next morning I tried to call them to let them know what happened but they never answer their phone. Got a burned breakfast sandwich

Update: I have been to this location five times. My order was wrong every time. No answer at the store phone and no response from their customer service number. Don’t waste your money here. Find another McDonald’s not owned by this group. This morning I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel and got a sausage Patty on a microwave bagel. It wasn’t toasted. It was so rubbery I couldn’t even eat it if I wanted to. The one in Golden ring shopping center is much better if you are in this area and want your food the way you ordered it… It a bagel that has been toasted like they are supposed to be.

I have been getting my auto mechanic work done here for approximately 10 years and will continue going back. They are very accommodating and have kept my 10 year old Dodge running. Greg and his team are very knowledgeable and don’t pressure you. Vehicle maintenance can be very expensive, but Greg will let you know what needs immediate action and those that can wait. They also have a connection with the auto mechanic community and will recommend a shop if it needs to be outsourced.

Bug infestation I informed the customer service lady at the counter that it was roaches she proceeded to kill one of them with her hand then she started to laugh. She told me that the roaches were coming from the store attached to the location at the point I didn’t want to order my French fries. I asked her for a cup ice she walked to the cup area and came back with the cup. I informed her that I work for OASH and what she just did was wrong on so many levels”” Then she just laughed. Wow

Felt like I was a bother to the person ringing my order. I don’t like doing the kiosk ordering and feel for the cost they should be welcoming my order. A bit dirty in
bathroom and nasty around the fountain drink area. Considering the prices we paid they should be more attentive to customers then just standing around chatting. I won’t be back to that one!
