I recently visited this McDonald’s and had a really good overall experience from start to finish. This location continues to deliver exactly what you expect from McDonald’s—fast, consistent, and reliable—but what stood out to me here was how well everything was handled during my visit.
The food quality was excellent. Everything was fresh, hot, and prepared properly. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfectly salted, and served hot. The burger was assembled neatly, with fresh ingredients and the right balance of flavors. You can tell the kitchen staff pays attention to consistency, which makes a big difference, especially during busy hours. The drink station was also clean and well stocked, which I really appreciated.

Ba da ba ba Not loving it – poor management, poor service, poor quality, poor store maintenance.
I walked in prepared to order at the kiosk and I should have, but there was actually someone at the register which shocked me so much I went there. I wanted a pancakes and sausage and a large coke. After ordering I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. I got my hands wet with artic ice water, soaped up, and then the water wouldn’t turn back on. I tried everything. So couldn’t rinse the soap off.
Went back to the register and asked for napkins just to wipe off my hands and this dude in a white hoodie literally told me no I can rinse in the other bathroom. Unfortunately it was occupied. So I stood around 5 minutes with soapy hands waiting for the other single stall bathroom in the playland.
Food came, I got a Big Breakfast, not a pancakes and sausage. Whatever. Biscuit was hard. Hash brown was a somehow both soggy sopping with oil and yet crispy. Inedible. I literally spit out the bite I took.

This is the closet McDonald’s to my house it’s convenient for the indoor play place in the hot summer days for my toddlers. Sometimes the kids in the play place are too big and staff doesn’t tell them to get out. Other than that it’s exactly why to expect from a McDonald’s

Like other customers experience, I asked for water for my kids, and I was told they charge for water. Also purchased large fries along with nuggets and they gave me 2 ketchup packets. When I asked for more, they gave me 2 more packets along with a dirty look. Definitely not coming here anymore.

If you’ve been to one McDonalds you’ve been to them all. The drive-thru experience was fast and quick. Ordered fries and a coke aka the migraine cure, and the fries were hot and fresh.

It was 8:30pm, there were 3 cars in the drive through, 2 people waiting for food, I ordered and I had to wait 15 minute for a happy meal. This is the slowest McDonald’s in the area. They had 8 employees in the back and everyone was waiting 10-15 minutes for food. This used to be fast food.

Gurl at drive through was very rude….. Lvg an edit to say recieved a response from owner with a link but can not access link ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ ♀️…. It was on the day that the Grinch meals were served. I ordered that and an extra chicken sandwhich as well. She opened the window and rudely shoved the Grinch meal at me and slammed the window closed. When i hollered at her and she reopened the window she was very bothered by me and I told her i had another sanwhich and she huffed and closed the window. In the mean time i opened the box to find the second sandwhich stuffed in with my Grinch meal. Also that there was no bbq sauce as requested and no ” Grinch salt” that comes with the meal. So i turned to the window in time for her to say my sandwhich was in the box then slam the window closed again and i had to holler at her again so she opened it and rolled her eyes. I said can i please have my bbq sauce and Grinch salt so she hands me the bbq and some salt and i said no the GRINCH SALT and she starts getting irritated with me and hufs and says ” I dont know what your talking about” and i said well its advertised to come with the meal, do you think you could find someone who works here that does? So she slams the window, then opens it and reappears with the Grinch salt and i just gave up on even getting napkins after that GEEEEEZZZEEEE ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ ♀️

HORRIBLE..my daughter’s burger was not coooked…chicken sandwich had the mayo on ONE side of the top piece of the bun..it’s under the lettuce. You see it has lettuce, mayo and tomato..NONE of the tomatoes ended up on the sandwich! They were just thrown in the box! Effing AWFUL! fries was cold..need to gone out of business!

I brought my nieces here around 6:30pm. Ordered three meals, two being 10 piece chicken nuggets. We were asked what sauce we wanted at the window and the receipt shows sweet and sour and ketchup. After waiting 10 minutes, When they delivered the food there were no sauces. When my husband went in to get them, they gave him 3 ketchup packages! For three meals! Not happy meals, adult meals. Horrible service.
