Terrible experience, I’m never buying anything from them again!!! They ruined my work’s Christmas breakfast. The service was awful; the order was supposed to be ready at 7:00 AM, and I received it an hour later. I waited for AN HOUR!!! On top of that, the cook came out yelling that it wasn’t his responsibility and he was very angry. We will NEVER order from them again. Upon bringing my concern to her attention, she was prompt and professional, ensuring that I felt heard. She took immediate steps to rectify the issue, offering a replacement dish and going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.
The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant, which made for an enjoyable dining experience overall. I appreciated the Monise’s attentiveness and willingness to resolve the problem, which turned a frustrating moment into a positive one. The ONLY reason I’m giving 5 stars is because of the excellent Assistant Manager Mikayla. Our initial server gave the impression she didn’t want to be there. The manager got our drinks as the waitress sat us and walked away. Our food came out, and 3 out of our 4 meals were wrong. Problems were fixed thanks to Mikayla. We will be returning simply because Mikayla made us feel welcome, like we mattered. She is PHENOMENAL.

The only reason I’m not rating 5 is because of the beginning of our service. At the start we had a server that took about 5 minutes to even ask us what we wanted to drink and even longer to ask us what we wanted to eat, and all around didn’t seem like she even wanted to be there. She never even gave us her name.. Our appetizer took almost 10 minutes and when she brought out my boyfriends salad with chicken, it had no chicken. But once all of the food was ready, it was brought by the assistant manager named Mckayla, who had stepped up to both actually cook the food and bring it to us. She was very apologetic about how long the food had taken to come out, as well as correcting the mistakes our food came out with. She got us refills, fixed our food, told us her name, and talked to us like we mattered. Eventually she ended up comping our whole meal because of our experience with the initial server and thanked us for giving them another chance. We will be coming back thanks to Mckayla.

I arrive around 9:45am. I was waiting until 10mins before being assured I would be seated at a table. Another older couple came in way after me and was seated before I was. It took close to 10mins to be seated. After seated I got coffee and a water. The coffee is amazingly hot and fresh so I will give the 1 star based on that. However, I placed my order and waited an hour before food was ready. I over heard a waiter asking for the food to be reheated because it’s been sitting and waiting to be served for a long time. After over hearing that, I kindly walked out and went to another Dennys. I know restaurants get busy but as a regular customer. I am understanding but, I will not be returning. Poor customer service

My experience here was absolutely crazy!!! The server took our order at 1058 then 1144 came and no food no nothing the server forgot to place our order if it wasn’t for the bus girl and the cook we would have been forgotten indefinitely!!! Yesterday, we placed a breakfast order for our team. When we arrived to pick it up today, the cook was yelling at us and stated that he had just arrived and that our order was not ready. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable.
We were required to wait over one hour for the order. In addition, when the order was finally given to us, 22 coffees and the utensils were missing, which caused further inconvenience to our team.
This experience did not meet basic service expectations, especially for a large pre-placed order. We hope this situation is addressed to prevent it from happening again.

Sally, our waitress last night at Denny’s was so incredibly sweet, and we had a great experience. She was the only waitress there. She waited on 4 tables and she didn’t miss a beat. She was on top of everything and even offered to make my husband a fresh pot of coffee. We were there after 9 pm. The food was fresh,hot, and delicious. Who doesn’t love breakfast for dinner. Sally has been there for over 40 plus years. How amazing is that!! Denny’s is so lucky to have her there. Please give her a raise. She deserves that!! Sally, you rock! We will ask for you the next time we come in for a meal. She’s a true Rockstar! Great customer service is so hard to find these days, and Sally shows a true example of what great customer service should look like. We love Sally! Thank you for taking great care of us last night.
