As a kitchen manager, I have a bit more tolerance for the culinary world, but this was the worst food I’ve ever had.

The mozzarella sticks were tasteless and definitely not worth $10 for six small sticks. Considering they come frozen, I shouldn’t have expected much. The wings were overcooked, flavorless, and the Jerk sauce was awful. The dry rubs were decent, but they didn’t taste like Buffalo or lemon pepper. The meat was rough and resembled beef jerky.

We waited about 45 minutes for our food. On a busy night, I understand the wait, but it seemed pretty slow.

The service was average. Nothing stood out. The food runner just dropped our food off without checking in.

The beer selection was pretty basic, with just your standard domestic-style beers. I wish they would carry more local options.

Overall, I would rate this experience a 1 out of 5.

Five stars for Victoria! She did an excellent job of pacing our meal and made sure we had everything we needed. She was actually the best employee I’ve ever encountered here in several years of being a customer. Even when we made splitting our bill somewhat confusing, she was very gracious and sweet. From getting our drinks and apps, to getting us boxes and our payments, she held her own. She is an asset to your team and deserves a raise! I noticed she was taking care of her other guests in the same manner she took care of us despite the dinner rush occurring as we got there. The Asian zing boneless wings and cheese curds were awesome and I love the ranch here! Thank you for doing your due diligence, Victoria! We truly appreciated your kindness and 5 star guest service. Keep up the great work and as previously stated, give that lady a raise!!! You’ll want to retain her and she deserves it.

We had such a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings! We were out with our newborn, and the manager Jeff was incredibly kind and thoughtful—he bought us a bottled water so we could make a bottle for our baby, which meant so much to us. Our server, Victoria, was also very sweet and attentive. On top of the amazing service, the chili burger was absolutely delicious. We really appreciated how welcoming and accommodating everyone was and will definitely be back!

Would give zero stars if that was an option. It’s my fault because I read the reviews before coming and knew there was a chance of crappy service but dang they were not wrong. Arrived at 7:40pm inside restaurant and seated ourselves. Our original server for that area ignored us and our existence by bussing a table next to us and giving the side eye. As we were starting to get up to leave at 8:00pm, a distant server came to our table and said she would take care of us since we have been for so long. We thanked her and sat back down. She didn’t come back until 8:15. Whatever I knew she was serving two other tables. We got our drink order and appetizer order put in then. Received appetizer at 8:30 and didn’t get to place order until 8:40. Appetizer was long gone as it was split with the table. Mind you they were slightly busy, over half the tables were empty. Food didn’t come until 9:00pm. Took 1 hour and 20 minutes just to get our food and we were out by 9:20. Extremely slow for the occasion, and not busy enough to excuse such a time lapse. Unless you are a construction worker you will not get fast service because them workers got all the attention.

My partner and I came in for a business dinner — as we do at this location every couple of weeks to meet with clients in the area.

Our server, Seth, was borderline unhelpful the entire time.
When it came to our drink orders — he allowed both of our drinks to be empty multiple times through our over hour long experience.
When it came to food — he told me that it was “policy” that I couldn’t order my food the way I wanted. Although I order the same things every time I’m there; including my trip on January 7th.
It’s ironic that he attempting to enforce a “policy” that is not even enforced when ordering through their mobile app.

It took almost 2 hours from the time my partner and I sat down until we left. And all we ended up ordering was an appetizer and 2 soft drinks.

I highly recommend that you DO NOT attempt to eat at this location. The experience — and uninformed serve staff make for a terrible experience.

If you want Buffalo Wild Wings — I would recommend the Dickson or Hendersonville locations. As that will be where I take my clients going forward.

Horrible service! My family and I came to eat at this location during a football game. But it during this time . It wasn’t a lot of people dining in . We sat down. We waited for our waitress for 10mins which is not bad. I forgot her name. But she stated she was new .
We order our drinks and she left .
She Didn’t ask if we was ready to order or ask if we need a minute to look at the menu. She just left .
We waited 25mins just to get our drinks . For Those 25 mins. We saw her just going to 2 tables back and forth.

At first we was giving her the better of the doubt because she new . But as times goes on . Its like she forgot about us. We had to get her attention for to finally come to us, so that we can order. After we order our food . we waited 40 mins just to get our food.

During that time. We wanted a refill in our drinks. We noticed again she was just prioritizing those two other tables. We had to AGAIN try to get her attention just to get refills.
By the time we got out food. We was already annoyed and lost our appetite. But When our food arrive

The food was good! We wanted the check but she was again focusing on those table.
We HAD to get another waitress/employee to explain what was going on .

We understand when there’s a new employee. So we wasn’t pushy or anything but it just seem like she did not want ro service us and took wait to long. Did not communicate at all. We wasn’t asking for much .
We don’t usually leave bad reviews but this needs to be addressed and fix.

At the time I am reviewing this, the particular location’s star rating is 3.8, and honestly, that is a shame. This is easily the worst managed single restaurant of any kind my family has been to in as long as I can remember. And this isn’t 1 isolated incident, this is a series of escalating poor service incidents over 2 years or so, culminating with the final incident which has made us boycott this location moving forward. If this location is franchised, the corporation should demand sale, and if it is already corporate, all management should be immediately released. The events leading up to the last event ranged from incorrect orders, massive delays to a time they had AC problems this summer and didn’t bother to disclose to their customers when entering. This last event was multifaceted and experienced by several customers at once – and this wasn’t the first time, but certainly the most egregious. On a to-go order, my wife had to wait over an hour for our food, and that is showing up after the time it was due to be ready. Other customers were there ahead of her and waited as long or longer. When any customer tried to get answers, they were given unacceptable attitude by the young lady working the to-go counter, and she left because she was tired of dealing with the customers and got the manager who had an even worse attitude and belittled one particular customer for asking for an update. It seemed he deemed the in-restaurant orders as the only priority and held all the to-go orders. No communication, no apology, and he refused refunds to all customers. I hope others who were there reviewed as well. I doubt anything will happen, but it should.

I waited the longest time before I was helped. One server walked by me without saying anything and another wearing glasses was having a full-blown conversation with a couple at a table instead of doing her job. The young man named Armani was courteous enough to help me out but some of the staff at this establishment are very unprofessional.

If I could give a negative star I would. The heat was broken and it was 35 outside. I can overlook that. What I can’t overlook is the staff and the lack of care. Their mood, behavior and customer service was colder than the restaurant. The service was terrible. The staff spent more time talking and standing around than running food to tables. We were offered a discount for staying because of no heat but when the bill came there was no discount. We had to ask multiple staff to fix it as the manager was…. No one knows where. We are HUGE Bdub supporters, but due to this visit we won’t be returning.

Our waitress was good, however there were other workers not so much. We had to wait to be seated with no real reason. Finally the guy (begrudgingly) seated us and that same employee was constantly complaining audibly about his work.. there was plenty to watch between football and the fights it could have been a good experience were it not for one bad apple.
