I am very skeptical of these high number of positive reviews ( especially the ones that say great value). Seems like every day a handful of people leave an outstanding review, yet when my husband went to pick up food at noon on Saturday there was no one inside. What fast food restaurant is not busy during lunch time??
Just check some of the profiles of the “people” leaving reviews, it just doesn’t make sense that most of them have not reviewed any food places but felt compelled to leave a 5 star review for a chain restaurant…..
Pros:
-tasty tacos, meat was nicely seasoned
-nothing tasted bad, I can see why picky eaters would like this food ( esp young children)
Cons:
– absolutely horrible value for amount food
– paid $43 for 2 burritos (one veggie and one steak) and 4 tacos. That’s it
-tiny portions!
The first picture is a veggie burrito, I barely noticed a hint of beans in there and tiny amount of rice. COME ON. Rice and beans are CHEAP. Why does a veggie burrito cost $10.50 and 80% of the burrito is lettuce and tomatoes. It tasted fine but i literally finished it in seconds. I am used to burritos filling me up and not being hungry afterwards. This felt like eating a side salad wrapped in a tortilla…
-the green salsa is strange. It is not authentic Mexican green salsa you get at taco places…This had no spice. I was not a fan at all, had to mix it in with the red salsa to feel a hint of something.
-the second photo is the steak burrito, my husband was pretty upset how little meat came in it. we had to cook extra chicken so he had enough protein for the day.
-place was empty on Saturday at noon. It’s just odd to me how many rave reviews come in but I don’t see any people at the restaurant at a busy time
I would not recommend this place as it’s impossible for me to imagine 1000+ reviews , 4.7 stars for this restaurant.
If you check my profile you will see another local restaurant that went out of business last year. It had thousands of 5 star reviews and food was garbage and I knew something was dishonest with the number of reviews/ratings.
The food at taco pros was fine, but not worth it at all and definitely not a 5 star rating!!

People were so nice, tacos & queso were quite tasty, and the vibes were fun. Nice that they’re open till 10pm during the week, and able to have real food with real ingredients instead of fries & a burger. We’ll definitely be back again – thanks Taco Pros!

I got the elote cup, a beef and chicken taco, and the supreme nachos and they were all super delicious! I was very impressed, it was my first time eating there and I will definitely be back for more! My favorite was the supreme nachos, they were loaded with toppings and were definitely worth the price! I highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Taco Pros – Mexican Cocina! The tacos were absolutely the best — full of flavor, perfectly seasoned, and served fresh. Every bite tasted authentic and delicious. The ingredients were high quality, and you can really tell they put care into their food.
The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was friendly and fast. Whether you’re craving classic street tacos or something new, this is definitely the place to go in Naperville.

I ordered the tacos (pro style) one with ground beef and the other with pork and both were absolutely delicious! I also got a cup of Elote and a Nacho Supreme with ground beef and guacamole on the side. The guacamole is great but is a bit heavy on the cilantro and unfortunately I have the gene that makes cilantro taste like soap. Everything was outstanding and the service was great! I’ll definitely be back!

The fam and I have been here at least four times and the food and service is always fantastic. You really can’t go wrong with a barbacoa quesadilla with guacamole and chips, and their horchata is so creamy and cinnamon-y spicy. Husband always gets steak tacos- no complaints there either. They put a healthy portion of cilantro on the tacos (we love cilantro). Daughter is a huge fan of their tortas, and their portions are huuuugeeee.

The food was so good! I got chicken nachos supreme and the plate was piled high for only $7.99 my daughter for the same but ground beef and she loved it and my hubby got chicken tacos and he loved his as well!! Definitely will be back! We ate at the Naperville location! Staff were friendly and greeted us with a smile!!
