Order deliver. Chicken old and gray, batter caked up, potato wedges seem like they were from last week. Reminder of why we don’t eat KFC. You are only as good as the last meal you serve, and I pray theirs was better than this awfulness. Buyer beware.

The employee at the drive thru immediately yelled that the wait time for chicken was two hours, without any greeting or basic courtesy.
No one is going to wait two hours for chicken. This experience was disappointing. I expect better customer service. I will also be contacting corporate regarding this matter.

Packed up the Wednesday special of chx fried steak, which also was a sloppy mess. Beyond & below cafeteria lunch from 1970’s.
Had to ask for a key to use the bathroom.
Clean store, nice servers.
But this KFC ain’t Kentucky Fried Chicken anymore.
Too disgusting & weird to make a fuss at counter. Bagged our stuff for dogs & left.

I had ordered door dash tonight 07/01/25 and my driver was waiting 20 minutes just to receive cold food. (I live very close) No gravy, no sauces ! This is ridiculous I waited over a hour for this!

This is my first time to visit the KFC on Jacksboro Highway. I was excited to see that they had brought back the honey barbecue wings And decided to go to the nearest KFC. I thought the service was quick as I went through the drive-through and didn’t have any issues. The wings delivered totally on taste and texture. I hope this is something that they plan to keep on the menu as I’m excited to see that it’s back.

I’ve had two disappointing experiences at the Jacksboro KFC. The first time I ordered a large macaroni through the app, they told me they couldn’t provide a large one and gave me a small one instead — but still charged me the large price. When I asked about a refund, they said they weren’t able to process one.
This second visit was just as discouraging. I was told my sides were “already in the box in the bag,” which I thought was strange since I didn’t understand how a large mac and cheese could fit inside. When I got home, I discovered it wasn’t mac and cheese at all — it was two small sides of mashed potatoes.
The employees aren’t outright rude, but their attitude is very passive. They don’t offer to fix mistakes or make things right, and it feels like “it is what it is.” Leaving both times, I felt disappointed and discouraged to return, especially after driving back to get things corrected.

Order 20 honey garlic wings online, wife picked up and when she got home. They wings were hot & spicy. She called to speak to someone and they never picked up the phone.

This is horrible, expecting to get the famous bowel with popcorn chicken but to be given hard and dry chicken tenders.. also telling your customers you put the condiments in the bag but there is Nothing that was added. Completely empty in the bag. I can say I could never trust this location and to be expecting and get disappointed this big is horrible. I would not suggest anyone to go to this location!!!

This is why i never wanna go to JACKSBORO HIGHWAY!!! they never do the right thing so I asked the manager could i substitute a thigh and get a breast on an 8pc because nobody in my family literally eats thighs and was told no because i got the special and it would be a different price if i do remind you i’ve never heard that at other kfc establishments but i let it slide. Then i asked for fresh chicken and I was told “all the chicken is fresh” get home and can barely bite into the chicken and guess what they gave me 4 thighs one breast 2 legs and one wing! I’m so livid because I trusted what the manager said! I will never go back there again! I use to be a restaurant manager and regardless of how much a customer pays i would still accommodate them. This place will be closed by 2026 with that service!
