Great prices, wonderful app options, and plentiful menu selections! The perfect staple fast food joint. Only issue is: the people working here are usually pretty short with customers. We get that each day you guys get billions of customers all around the world, most of which give you guys issues to deal with, we understand. But the customers like us who don’t cause issues shouldn’t be getting the brunt of it. We usually end up getting attitude from an employee who just ended off with an aggravating customer before us. We totally get it, but we’re a new customer, so try using a new tone of voice. A blank slate tone for a blank slate customer. One more suggestion I have, is to serve lunch and breakfast together. Some of us are eating lunch by the time you guys are still serving breakfast. Maybe start serving lunch a little earlier, like maybe 9am? Just a suggestion to appeal to those of us who can’t eat the breakfast options/eat lunch at “breakfast” time. Of course, these are just suggestions, not demands in any way.

This is what a large frie looks like at this location. I didnt realize how bad they skimped me on the fries till i got to work. After filling up my beverage I went to the register to ask for ketchup packets. I was waiting for someone help me when this female worker blocked the entrance door to get behind the counter/register area from a male worker who had took my order. There was another customer behind me while we had to watch this female worker horseplay with her coworker preventing him from doing his job and helping us. Do better. Start with the fries.

McDonald’s is going to be consistent no matter where you go. Unfortunately this one is consistent at not serving the standard sizes. Ok maybe I didn’t need the fries for health purposes but when you pay for a large Fry and wait for a new batch and get half a box of fries, that’s not cool.

Raw…. Ordered at 1am on March 27th, waited in line for about 20 minutes, was asked to pull around and waited another 7 minutes for the nuggets to be cooked. Because of the wait, I just assumed the patty was a little cold because it was cooked first. Took 4 bites before I had to turn on my lights to check it, completely raw .
Spent the rest of my 20 minute drive home spitting into the bag. Don’t go here after midnight, unless you have a strong stomach.
Also they forgot sauce. Staff at window were very nice though.

These are some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. They were equally rude to each customer. The handed me my pancakes & sausage in a bag upright as if it was a cheeseburger. Then I get to my truck and the bottom of the bag falls out. Just because the neighborhood is trash doesn’t mean the service should be. Do better.
