Nice cafe feel. Disappointed by the food. Bread tasted old but warmed. Food was warm served on a hot plate. Portions an okay size. Priced okay. Service was basic. Overall it was okay. Nothing stood out for me to make plans on returning.

Busy place on a Sunday morning. That usually means good food and this location didn’t disappoint. I had the cinnamon bun French Toast and it was delicious. Good portion and value. Service was a tad slow but as I said the place was very busy.

Mid morning Tuesday, no wait.
I ordered the French toast with orange marmalade & cream cheese filling, mixed berries and strawberry compote topping, along with eggs and bacon. First, no orange marmalade that I could see or taste, and very little cream cheese. Very little compote on top. Half my French toast order was dry. Some of the bacon was burnt.
My wife ordered eggs Benedict with fried potatoes, and grilled onions and peppers. Meal came, no onions or peppers. When we asked the waitress, no apology, just an “oh yea.” Then half way through her meal the onions and peppers came. 2 others with us, food was just ok. Best tasting were their carrot muffins.
The service not gracious at all.
This place has seriously declined in the last few years.
Outside, plants dying or dead, spider webs on benches and tables, and seriously dusty benches inside too.
Very disappointed.

We tried the pre-made thanksgiving dinner this year. Was very impressed with the amount of food, and quality if the meals. I think this was well worth the cost of the meal. Saved the headache of cooking this 2020 season. Would recommend if you don’t want to cook or just to have a backup meal

Came in for a late breakfast on Valentine’s Day. We waited 30 min for a table, mind you half the restaurant was empty. We waited another 15 min to get drinks; water (was a big order). And another 30 min to recieve 1 pancake breakfast (past 11:00 AM). One of the managers brought the order over and apologized for the wait. But when my husband recieved his food the pancakes were all undercooked and the tea I ordered (the waitress forgot); cup was dirty and had someone’s hair on it. Would not recommend going here at all. Bad service; bad food. Mimi’s has gone down the drain. We left and went to Chik Fil A instead.

Quite disappointed. I invited my mom for dinner after a very challenging day. The restaurant was practically empty. My mom ordered steak and I ordered the fish and fries. It took more than 30 minutes for my mom to get her meal. She really liked it. I spent 15 minutes waiting for my food until I went to find our server and asked her to cancel my order. I wanted to have dinner with mami and not to watch her eat. Another server brought my fish which was a disappointment. The explanation was that they had a new cook and that he prepared finger fish and then had to correct it. The fish that I got it was quite small and nothing special. I was not charged for it but, how could they correct ruining our dinner with delays and errors.

French toast and eggs over medium were very well prepared. The potatoes had a great seasoning on them. The sausage and scrambled eggs were a little overcooked. Tbe kids chocolate chip pancakes were excellent.

Their grilled cheese is fire. Out of everything, grilled cheese? Hell. Yes. If you like french bread pizza, you’ll love it. Lost a star for getting rid of the strawberry topped chocolate mousse. Booo!

Update – May 13. Back again for mother’s day. We had made reservations about a month ago for 11am. Walked in at 5 minutes till 11 and the place was packed. We checked in and immediately were seated. Service has been great so far. The food is slow coming out since we did not order off of the special Mother’s Day menu.
