Very rude employee at the window. First they gave me the wrong order and I asked nicely for my large instead of small order they gave me and instead of understanding she asked “so do you want a refund?” I told her no I want my order size I wanted. She then slammed the window without any communication and returned with my correct size and slammed her window again. No apology or goodnight or anything. Very rude for no reason. Girl with long black hair and glasses maybe get a job without customer service duties..

The service was excellent. The young lady that took my order was lovely and sweet. Let me know she would bag my order right up. She gave plenty of napkins and spoons. She asked if there was anything else she could help with. She said thank you and hoped I had a nice evening.

Ordered with my mobile app and I am terribly disappointed. Our good was supposed to be done at 6:51 there was a line in the drive through so we didn’t get it till about 6:55. Tell me how my fries were raw and the chicken was soggy how long had it sat out. Worst part is the first thing the Manger asked was if I wanted a refund. I just wanted my food done right. The side of the box and I quote says” a box full of crispy” so why was it soggy and undercooked.

Customer service was almost non existent. I walked in and got a stare, no hello, no nothing. I said hello she said hi. I ordered, she gave me my total and that was the only words I got. As I put my card in the card reader she grabbed someone else’s order and went to give it to them. I guess I was done. So I went and sat down. Order came out super fast and this is the only reason I gave three stars. People have no customer service skills these days. 9/21 @ 2:20 pm

Why is it so hard to get an order right? I ordered a cheeseburger and asked for extra tomato. They charged me for extra tomato. Got home and had zero tomato!

This place does NOT deserve even 1 star. I came here for lunch today, and I wouldn’t be surprised if I get food poisoning. They had me wait in the side parking lot for my food because they needed to cook and prepare my chicken sandwich. When I got back to work to eat my sandwich, I got half way through and realized that something tasted different. When I took the bun off, I saw pink chicken that wasn’t cooked. I can’t imagine eating here EVER again. The staff needs better training. Not to mention, its a fast food restaurant. I should not have had to wait 10 minutes for my sandwich. Then when I got it, it wasn’t even cooked all the way.
I would think twice before you plan on eating here.

I just made an online order and literally a min later went to pick it up and requested a small modification since it wasn’t available on the app. The manager said since it’s made they can’t so I went to the window they said give us a few min since it wasn’t ready yet, and I politely asked since it isn’t ready do you mind fulfilling the request and was still denied. Not sure why this was a problem all of a sudden, never been a problem up until now. I found it to be extremely unprofessional considering how simple the request was. Disappointing.

Absolutely amazing service I ordered food which I don’t normally do a DQ and everything was fresh and hot for a place that’s well know for ice cream there tender basket was amazing also I ate all the fries because they were hot and didn’t want them to be cold so that’s why there missing from the picture
