This is crazy I went through the drive threw order two quarter pounder meals and the burgers as soon as we go home and we bit into our burger and they were pink this is unbelievable and not professional or way to keep in business! not driving back up their this is nasty and I can get sick from this !

I don’t normally do fast food reviews and for McDonald’s particularly, I try to keep my expectations low. But this location has been very consistent since I’ve moved to the area and the staff is very nice! I’ve always received what I’ve ordered and, aside from the occasional cold fry (which is inevitable with fast food), everything has met my expectations. As far as McDonald’s goes, 10/10

Very bad experience. The floor and tables were dirty, there was a horrible smell, and the food was terrible. Most concerning is that in the kids’ play area the ceiling is falling down, which is a serious danger for children. This McDonald’s urgently needs maintenance and better cleaning.”

This is the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The staff and managers are INCREDIBLY rude and the attitude is abominable. They constantly leave stuff out of your order and accuse you of lying when you show them they did. The food is ALWAYS cold and soggy. There have been comments on appearance and honestly there’s nothing good about this McDonald’s. If I could give them no stars I would. Go to a different one. The one in Douglasville is leagues better. Go over the bridge. Seriously. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Threatened to call the cops on me if I didn’t put soda in my water cup, I was planning on doing just that. After the lady tried to charge me the price of a normal cup for a smaller cup when they are usually free. Getting threatened by the getting the cops called for simply asking for a cup is genuinely absurd and there should be some consequences for those actions.( picture below is the worker who threatened to call the cops on me)

The drive-through representatives are NOT warm and fuzzy. However, I guess you cannot expect that at McDonald’s. I only go there because my 19 year old wanted something. As I was in the drive-thru, I saw trash on the ground outside of the back door, as if they were items dropped as someone went to the dumpster but just left there.

***** READ CAREFULLY **** there’s a reason this McDonald’s is the lowest rated in Douglasville/Lithia Springs. I found a sharp spring in one of my French fries. Imagine if I ate it? This is hazardous and this location needs to be shut down. See picture for reference. This is only a piece of the spring. There was more attached to the fry. Eat at your own risk.
