Horrible place. Ordered food on our way. To be ready at 7:55 am. We were wanting to do a quick breakfast so we could be on our way. At 8 after standing in lobby for 30 minutes and no one asking if they could help me. I ask about my food. I had the app receipt and where it came out of my back account in hand when asking. Long story short she wouldn’t even look at my receipt or bank info. She just kept saying “not here “ showing me her screen. And “ too much for free food” It’s not free food. I’m showing you my receipt. I even asked her if that was the correct location. And she said yes. She wouldn’t even look at what I was showing her on the app receipt. I go outside mad to talk to my husband and call bank. After a few minutes she comes and taps in my window. “ food here” and walks away. No apology! I 30+ minutes to get order in??? Absolutely ridiculous! Do better!!

TDLR: Messed up 4 things, came back to ask for them to fix at least one of them and they said no.
Today, March 3rd at ~11:15pm, the lady at the drive thru was very unprofessional and aggressive. She kept interrupting while I was ordering, I could barely get a word out. Then didn’t give any time or ask to look at the screen to see if she got it right, she instantly sent it through. Asked for a #3 meal regular nuggets, then a biggie bag meal with spicy nuggets & medium fry. Both with sauce. Plus two chocolate frostys.
What we got: Both of the nuggets were spicy, the fry was a small (and very under-filled), didn’t give us the sauce, and the frostys were vanilla. I came back just to get the nuggets right at least. She said no angrily over and over. Saying I never said the one was supposed to be regular, even though while ordering I specified it multiple times. When she gave in, she then lectured me saying next time to specify it, even though I did.

You can great get some great healthy fast food here!
Rolled into town after 9 o’clock, and even though all the bars were open, all the kitchens were closed, as were the restaurants.
Got a salad and some chili.
We figured we saved $30 or $40 on dinner. LOL

This place is NOTORIOUS for leaving the drinks out of your order. They charge too much and NOBODY speaks ENGLISH with any proficiency at all. I’ll Never go there again except to get my missing Coke tomorrow. When I called to tell her she left it out – she was rude, as if it was my fault. They’re Horrible! Dairy Queen is MUCH better by far!

Went there last night around 9pm after a 4 hour class and right before an hour long drive home. Pull up to the speaker and the lady was so rude to begin with rushing me through my order. I couldn’t even get one word out before she was like “what else”. Mind you there might have been one person in front of me but they pulled off as soon as I got done with my order. I get up to the window and right away I said “I’m so sorry but can I add a frosty” and the girl looked at me with the most annoyed look and goes “next time you need to order at the speaker.” I was so taken aback by the rudeness over the simple request. I’ve worked in customer service and I get small annoyances like that happen but to be rude to a customer like that was wild.

Worst Wendy’s experience of our life. It was 7pm in Jackson, Wyoming. When we went in we tried to use the kiosk to order but it wouldn’t accept our order. So…we moved to the counter where we were told by a very young Mexican teenager who could barely speak English! Since I am from Texas I could speak Spanish. We tried to order for at the register for 15 minutes and he kept telling us after each number he called out that it would be a second. Finally he took our order…Jr. bacon cheeseburger with mustard only…which was confusing to him…I told him no veggies, meat, bacon, mustard bread. Small fry. Sm dr. Pepper. My husband got Dave Burger with no lettuce combo sm Diet Coke.
The Diet Coke machine was out…sooo…when you go to the register you are immediately put back into the 15 minute wait que to be able to say the drink machine is broken could they give you your Diet Coke..it will be a second as he waits on many other customers.
We get our orders. It’s been a long time since I ordered a jr. Bacon cheeseburger…to my shock the patty was no joke a 3″x3″ sq patty, 1 3″x2″ piece of cheese and lettuce no mustard. I take the lettuce off and my husband goes to the register and tells him that my hamburger was dry…no mustard and could he have a packet of mustard. After 10 minutes my husband is still up there and being told of all the more “seconds” he will have to wait and that he will have to pay for the mustard! My husband said the mustard was supposed to come on my hamburger! I finally had enough and went up there interrupted that my food was getting cold! The young man said just a second and I told him all 1 wanted was 1 packet of mustard that they had made my hamburger wrong to which he bent over and grabbed about 20 mustard packets and slammed them into my hand. 1 told him no I only needed 1. Everyone saw what he did…people were coming up up to me telling me that the store was taking advantage of people because it was a tourist trap and they didn’t have to worry about you coming back! My husband’s burger was wrong too! Our friends ordered a baked potato. After 10 minutes they called her back up to say they were out of baked potatoes. She ordered a taco salad instead. What they gave her later was a chef salad….which she doesn’t like. I was standing at the register when she asked for the taco salad…she took it back up to the register and told them she didn’t order a chef salad…”you will have to wait a second” which really means you mean nothing to us…wait over there in that corner and when I am finished joking around with my friends I will tell them they screwed up and give the whiney lady a taco salad. The woman preparing food had to ask another hispanic woman what was in a taco salad…the woman told her lettuce, queso and chili….15 minutes later they call her number.
WHAT A RUDE, UNORGANIZED, THIRD WORLD EXPERIENCE IN JACKSON WYOMING! No apology…nothing…we were the oddities. Shame on you Wendy’s!

Never had such bad service at any fast food restaurant. The guy at the register can’t work the computer terminal, count change or input coupons. Not sure why they need him. Lobby is full of people waiting for food they ordered 10 minutes ago. Wendy’s should take their name off this franchise. Doesn’t look good.
