Came in about an hour before close on a Friday there wasn’t that many people there but we were able to still get some hibachi and there was a decent amount of portions still left of everything. The lo main noodles never got filled back up though had to get some from the hibachi side and cook them. The waitress that was there (an older lady) was very attentive and great with us.

It is so cold inside even the employees are wearing their coats. The food seems warm but by the time you get back to ur seat it’s already cold not even warm at all. The smell inside this building reeks like dirty water or something else but very disgusting. I wouldn’t come back here the service was decent just cleaning tables but definitely not worth eating cold food with a stench that reeks

This place is not even a shadow of what it used to be years ago.
It used to have great food, freshly made and it was always hot, if it was suppose to be hot, cold if it’s suppose to be cold.
Not anymore, some of the food is either luke warm, or cold when it suppose to be piping hot.
Also not as fresh as it used to be, some of the food items were tough.
The best part is the section where you pick your own vegetables, raw food and they cook it for you, while you watch.
Even the plates by the buffet were not properly cleaned.
I brought all of the issues that I encountered to the attention of the management.
I hope that they turn this place around and fast before is too late.

Today is my first time here. I came for lunch the buffet. I’m not sure how long they have been here, but I stay about 4 miles from this place and should have came here before now. In the realm of what you would expect from a strip mall Chinese buffet, I would call this place slightly above the average. I’m very surprised by some of the ratings. You can change all of the 4’s I gave to 4.5’s if I am strictly comparing this to other strip mall Chinese buffets. My 1 constructive criticism, and I did read this in the AI overview, I don’t think they had enough burners turned on and some of the dishes that I wanted to be warm were just room temperature. I will absolutely be back though to this place, I thought it was pretty darn good. I don’t eat sushi, but I’m guessing the sushi I see up there is included. I’m sitting at my booth right now writing this review. Soft drink, coffee, hot tea included. I gave the service a 5, there is no service other than them picking up your plate, but everyone is nice. I would say personalities are a little flat, I’d love to see some more smiles, but that’s neither here nor there. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the atmosphere, I should have gave it a 5 probably, it’s as nice as any strip mall buffet. When I do star ratings, I’m doing it comparatively. If I say 5 stars on a Chinese buffet, I’m not saying it is a Michelin 5 star restaurant. It’s a 5 in the realm. This place is a slight cut above the average Chinese buffet, and I will definitely be back.

Excellent food quality, chicken was tender, coconut shrimp was best I’ve had in years. Great selection, even the ragoon was not over done.

I went to Royal Buffet today. I was expecting much worse after reading these reviews. FYI the buffet cost 20.95 for adult and 18.95 for senior. Not sure if it was because of it being mother day or an increase happened recently. I was very impressed with the selection. Seriously I was expecting it to not to look very nice after reading these reviews. Everything was good, I saw crawfish. 2 kinds of large shrimp, every kind of asian chicken, egg roll. Soup. I saw toast, pizza and even Crab. I watched a family leave and I watched a team of 3 attack the table to clean it. I saw them wiping clean. I saw someone doing the chairs and a 3rd person taking away dirty dishes. Impressive. Now I am going to state my reason for only a 4 when the food was actually very tasty. OMG the bathroom. How come you don’t attack clean that bathroom like you do the tables. It smelled god awful in there. 3 stalls. 1st one looked like poop was in it and the seat looked dirty as if someone took a dirty shoe and step all over it. The next one looked like it had been plunged. No water in the toilet and seat up. I’m not putting it down. 3rd one was actually decent looking but no hook for your purse and the part to hitch it was missing. I left thinking eww I felt like I just went to a dirty gas station. Big turn off. I skip the habatchi, wasn’t much variety in meats. Shrimp was almost all gone. So it not all bad a little pricy and don’t use the bathroom. They have ice cream but you have to scoop yourself. After seeing a bunch of kids there..I thought no thanks.sushi was fresh and pretty. Oh FYI some of the food was cold that should be warm like the beef and chicken.

Nothing is “Royal” about Royal Buffet. The smell was horrible & there was nothing fresh about the Food other than the Lettuce. Food looked like it was really old & untasteful. The plates were filthy including with the silverware I should of none when there was only 2 customers in there & they proceeded with the payment to be made upforward at a buffet. Reasonable priced and taste was ok. Pretty good choices and also a cooker on-site to cook for the stuff you picked. Coffee, tea, and soda, ice cream are all available. Service was quick and efficient.
