Waste of hard earned money. Ordered for pick ribeye quesadilla and triple smashed burger. Both items were burnt, both missing condiments and extras that were paid for. Spoke with the manager, no refund was offered only asked if I wanted it remade. No thanks, the cook can’t cook. Save your money and time, eat elsewhere.

We got the sirloin steak and the fish and chips. The steak and potato was fit for a child. No veggie. Huge disappointment for $18. The fish and chips were little fish sticks. What a rip off. Lastly their bathroom is gross and falling apart.

The food was ok. My “sandwich ” looked more like a burger. It was falling apart to where I had to pick up and eat separate pieces of it. Not big portion of fries. Baked potato was small. I would not come back to that location

Hands down, one of the nastiest meals I’ve had in a very long time from anywhere. None of our food was good… NONE OF IT!! Everything tasted horrible. And the portions were very small. I guess that is a good thing because we ended up not eating most of our food anyway. The appetizer we ordered was practically burnt and not really shareable amounts.
The bill came to $97 and it absolutely was not worth that. I wanted to ask for our money back so bad. Oh and the salad bar was disgusting!

We were visiting Shelby this weekend and chose to eat here Saturday night- 3/7. We were seated right away. That is the only good thing about this review. I ordered the deconstructed steak kabobs and my boyfriend ordered the steak and shrimp. My steak came out cooked on one side but completely raw otherwise. The waitress agreed so it was sent back. My boyfriend’s steak looked to be cooked correctly when he cut into it but once again, it was cooked on one side and never turned over so it was pink on the other side. Same with the shrimp, cooked on one side only. At first we said we did not need any sauce but then had to ask for A1 sauce because the steak had absolutely no seasoning. My boyfriend’s steak was mostly grizzle so he didn’t eat ( or spit out) half of it. I ran out of drink and did eventually get more. My boyfriend asked for more tea but it never came. Then when we were done eating the waitress said they had to make some. At which point he said, no thank you, check please. $64.00 plus tip for a horrible meal!!! Please get someone who can actually cook!!!!

Typical Ruby Tuesday but with this specific outlet really has a lot of work to do to meet RT’s standards. I was in the area for business and chose this location because I had just checked in at the nearby Hampton Inn and wanted to get a quick bite. I was greeted at the door by a server and quickly seated. It took some time to get a server to even get my drink order because they were too busy chatting with the few customers in the restaurant. I finally flagged another server who brought over a glass of water after another 8 minutes, because…. they all continued chatting with the same customers in the other section.
Somewhere in all this service train wreck , I miraculously managed to order the New York Strip steak and shrimp dinner. My meal ( loosely worded) came out after some time and it was cold and possibly meant to be preserved because of the extremely generous amount of salt used. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back here when I make my way to Shelby again.

Restaurant needs to be updated… carpet kinda dingy… the service people are very nice… Salad bar is ok… not as good as 10 years ago.. no tuna Salad veggies ok.. but not stocked up to par… but then again it’s pretty good for Shelby NC… staff service is ok… people are really under a lot of pressure these days…Latrell was very nice and helpful.
Really sweet staff again today… I want to stress though the salad bar reeaaaly needs attention… some items look like they’ve been recycled frequently.. there were a couple choices that looked fresh but those plates were empty fast and not stocked well. If I was the manager of this restaurant I would place a huge amount of effort on cleaning the entire place… especially the bathrooms which were atrocious… I really hope you guys can turn the place around in this respect… rip out the carpet and put either tile or parquet flooring… if you put some effort into refreshing everything and keeping it that way… I just know the Shelby public will reward you for it! I’m really hoping that is what happens… keep in mind… there are a lot of people that will pay to support your establishment… if we can turn things around

Stressful day, ordered dinner for takeout to alleviate ourselves of cooking. I had ribs, shrimp and steak with baked potato and steamed broccoli. Ribs were okay. Shrimp were very skimpy. Steak was almost unrecognizable… more akin to the worm sole of a boot than a piece of meat. Baked potato was overcooked to the point of being shrunk to half size and hard as a rock. Broccoli was sparse, tiny pieces strewn into the container. The brief encounter with staff members, when I picked our order up, was cordial. Wife’s meal was okay, albeit with sides that were sub-par.

Very welcoming, felt like I was at home. The staff didn’t know me personally but the way they carry themselves you would’ve thought differently. My food came fast and it was absolutely delicious, and the manager kept making sure I was okay. I will be coming back with family.

Portions here are tiny! If I didn’t get the free salad bar (from the app) I would have been starving. I had the deconstructed shrimp kabobs: tasted yummy but overly charred. Service was good for being understaffed. Manager was nice when she corrected our ticket.
