Haven’t eaten at Del Taco in years so we decided on this instead of Taco Bell. Drive-thru service was good. We ordered 2 $9 boxes and a $7 box. Food was good and the orders were done correctly. Recommended…Thumbs up.

I got the carne asada fries and this is what I got. What kind of horrible meat is that? See picture. Instead of giving me freshly cooked steak, they gave me left over steak meat from last night that was at the bottom of the pan. Who ever made my order is incompetent and need to be fired. I really hate the current trend to kiosk ordering. Please bring back the personal service. Perhaps have a kiosk for those that want it, but I will be back significantly less often if I have to use that stupid machine. Takes jobs away even though not the best income, this type of job teaches young people a great deal and the machine cant always let me personalize my order the way I want it. They are turning fast food into just giant vending machines, not restaurants.

I went here with my husband on saturday 08/30/2025 around 9:45 pm. At the time we arrived drive thru had a very long line and there where three different tables inside waiting for food. We ordered from inside and ended up waiting approximately 20 mins for food. All the customers before us were handed their food nicely with the order number called out. When it came to our order it was set roughly on the counter and nothing more was said. I approached the counter and asked if it was my order and was told the lobby is closed and had been closed so take my food and go. I ordered in the lobby and was asked if it was for here or to go. I said to dine in. So i politely told the rude female employee that said this, that we were never told that and this is the first we heard of it. There were other people in the lobby eating their food so I politely told her we would leave after we eat. I dont know what her problem was but she should be reprimanded for being so rude. Never spoke to her before my food was ready so I dont know why she treated me like garbage. I will tell everyone I know about how terrible she was and to not frequent this establishment. Been there several times before but will never go back again!

It was late dinner time when I used their drive-thru, they asked me to park so they could work on my order – I ordered 10 regular tacos – nothing special. I had to go inside after waiting 20 mins for my food and found it sitting on their counter – Luke warm at best.
