Was in here last week and I cannot begin to explain how nice it was. Had out of town company so we had been eating out quite a bit. Most experience had been awful to horrible. So we get here with zero expectations and was just amazed.
Courteous employees, clean bathrooms, tables were all clean.
Now I wish I could remember the name of our server because he was always checking to see if we needed anything.
We had good, hot fresh food, clean facilities and good waiter we were set.
Outside was clean, well lit and getting in was easy even though im disabled.
Still wish I could remember the name so I could give him a shout out.

I usually try and tip extremely well as a thanks for the service, I make a fair bit of money and want to help out. Tina at this location assumed it was a mistake and went above and beyond verifying after I had walked out that I had tipped the right amount.

Travis took my order, made 5 other meals, and served me coffee before the lady on the floor even noticed I was sitting at the end of the bar. Travis is top notch and made my 1-2 times a year waffle house visit worth it.

This place was crazy busy the two times I ate there over the weekend. Lots of business from the music festival I was in town for. Had to wait a little for a table but food came quick and was excellent. I can’t praise the staff enough. They were tackling what looked like a neverending crowd and handled it in style. Kudos to everyone who worked Louder than Life weekend.

Food was decent. Spent over $30 for the 2 of us but the wait was kind of long. I wouldn’t give such an average rating but they forgot one of my orders which made me drive half an hour back to this location but at least they were kind enough to notice their mistake immediately. I was in the area which was why I decided to stop by here but since I recognize that it’s one of their busier locations maybe I should stick to the Waffle House that’s nearest.

I’ve been regular at the Blairwood Rd location in Louisville for years. These guys, cooks and wait staff, on 3rd shift do an outstanding job. My food is always prepared perfectly. Being a creature of habit I get pretty much the same thing daily, 3-4 eggs with sausage or bacon. The only days that I deviate is when Emory cooks, the man makes the best omelet going. Travis is outstanding cook as well. A personal note on Emory, about 2 weeks ago I came in as his shift was ending, he’d actually clocked out, I asked if he was off the clock he could tell I was disappointed that he was. This man took his coat and washed his hands and said “I got you” and began making the omelet. That’s over the top! Others that do a great job Susan and Eric. There are others I just don’t know there names. Additionally, Candice who used to work there needs to be brought back, the woman could wait on the entire place by herself. These are great employees, WH is fortunate to have them on their staff.
