Okay, so stopped by this Taco Bell on 1200 Southgate Place, Pueblo, CO 81004. Tried to order two of the $6.99 build your own box as seen online. Was charged $34.78 for both because I didn’t have the Taco Bell app. In this case got everything in the two boxes charged regular price for each individual item. Apparently, the price is only good if you use the app. This is a major rip-off. This Taco Bell deserves no stars. I will be emailing Corporate. Hope you find this review helpful.

I recently visited the Taco Bell on Pueblo Boulevard, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience.
First, the food was quite skimpy. I didn’t feel like I got my money’s worth. The portion sizes left a lot to be desired. Additionally, the staff was disrespectful. They hurried me through my order and didn’t seem to care about providing good customer service.
To make matters worse, I wasn’t given my drinks. I also asked for sauce, but they forgot to include any in the bag. It’s disappointing when such simple things can make or break a meal.
I hope the management can improve the service and consistency at this location because I really want to enjoy Taco Bell without these issues. If there was any way to leave a review without having to rate with a star, this Taco Bell wouldn’t even get the one star that I was forced to click on to leave this review.

The biy working the window was young kid but he was very nice and respectful! Food was hot and delicious! And our order was right, didn’t have to go back.

There was a time, like back in the 1980s, that Taco Bell was actually a good place to eat (yes, I am that old). I went here only because it was right across from the hotel and they were open late-night. Perhaps I should have simply ordered taco shells, since that is pretty much what I received. The shells were not even filled half-way, and these are most likely the skimpy portion sizes that Taco Bell serves these days. Their product has become a serious disappointment over the years. The CSR was polite and my order was accurate, that is why I gave it two stars instead of one.

Wednesday afternoon went through drive through. Was told they had no pennies so when I asked her if I could get my change she threw a huge attitude and said what do you want a nickel. I said yes it’s the point. Then slammed window shut. Had to sit there and wait for her to open window back up to ask for hot sauce. She threw 4 packets at me. I asked for more with my 7 items and she went and got manager. She was rude and told me that she asked if I wanted hot sauce and I said no. So she pretty muck called me a liar. She never asked. Then didn’t get no napkins. That toco bell is a disaster between that and the few times I had to wait so long to get food. Over it. Stay away from there

Slow, slow, slow, rude, rude, rude, cold, cold, cold. Getting the food took forever because they forgot my order. When I asked about my food, the staff was extremely rude. When I got my food it was cold and the Chalupa shell was hard. Taco Bell’s best days are definitely behind them. No mas.

This place is no exception. It seems EVERYWHERE you go “very loud” and obnoxious music is being forced into our ears. We asked taco Bell to turn it down because it was so terribly loud in the dining area to which they refused. This has to change people, it shouldn’t be a miserable experience to enjoy a meal And it’s not hard to do this for your customers even for 30 minutes while we eat.

I guess you get what you pay for. The workers obviously didn’t want to be there. When I told them they forgot my “Chips and Cheese” the girl behind the counter rolled her eyes and went got them and threw them in the bag. Also I guess this is what passes for a crunch wrap supreme now days. I thought it was supposed to be all close up and grilled but I guess this is the new style.

The workers that make the tacos are lazy and unsanitary they also have attitudes especially the Hispanic or Italian skinny guy don’t know his name he had no name tag major attitude he doesn’t want to be there tacos bell needs to hire workers that want to work and make money not lazy people with attitudes when you tell them the correct order they get it wrong and they take it out on us because we return our order back don’t know what they will end up doing to our order if you catch these guys on a bad day they still wear gloves but touch there nose as there still making the food I will never give my service to that taco bell on that’s side of town again

I always tend to have a good experience when I come here and the employees have always been preety nice so I wanted to go ahead and make a review to say that. The parking is really good and they have never been that busy because they are kind of in a secluded area but they are literally right next to the highway. The cleaniess of the restaurant is pretty good and the food is always fresh and hot when I order. I mostly get the power bowl as you should see pictured in the attachments. I noticed that they have the kiosk that takes your orders now. They will take your order at the counter if you prefer to do so but they will only take cash to my understanding. Other than that, I enjoy my food from here everytime I have to make my way through Pueblo. Enjoy and take care.
