La Cubana is one of our absolute favorite places. We’re regulars, and every time we walk in they recognize us and treat us like family. The hospitality alone keeps us coming back.
The food is hands down some of the best around — always fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious. You can really tell they care about what they serve and the experience they give their customers.
If you’re looking for amazing Cuban food and a place where you feel genuinely welcomed, La Cubana is it. Highly recommend!

No complaints. I haven’t had Cuban food before. I was there with friends and the staff were very nice. One of the kids needed a little extra attention and they were wonderful about it.

Look, my husband and I come to LA Cubana for our Authentic Cuban Fix!! We love everything about this restaurant!! The owner and his wife are visible and welcoming, not to mention Daniel… the best bartender in the land! He makes the best margarita in ATLANTA (and surrounding areas)! We have tried multiple entrees and none have disappointed us. From the Jerk Cuban Sandwich, la Cubanita Sandwich, TACOS to the Cuban Style MILANESAS (ALL meat choices are AMAZING)!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! Wait and dont sleep on the Pastelito de quest y guayaba!! We always get two to go! Soon we will try everything on the menu! We are so happy we found this spot. It is a true gem and family oriented. Can’t beat that! COME GET YOU SOME!!

Excellent place! All of the food was excellent. They had a lot of choices. The service by the few employees was super nice & friendly. We received our food less than 10 minutes after we ordered. Highly recommend! We will be back!

Food was excellent. Service excellent and fast. Perfect seasoning. I had the Friday lunch special with rice, beans, roast pork and plaintains with a side of beef empanada. Also had a regular margarita. Margarita was strong and smooth, just how I like it. I will be back when I’m in the area.

I always enjoy the food every time I come to la Cubano. Luis is a very professional and attentive Bartender. I had the Cream Cheese and guava Empanada and Picadillo con Arroz.

In a suburban parking lot, right off Marietta square is this unheralded oasis of hearty Cuban fare.
Everything about La Cubana indicates Cuba… from the faded signs, to the unassuming furniture. The string lights and low slung profile make the place like it was plucked right out of a Cuban beach and placed incongruously in suburbia!!!
Warmly greeted at the door. With enthusiasm and sincerity. Service was fast and helpful. Silverware wrapped in paper napkins.
Fesh juice. Really? Guava passionfuit and orange. Yummy. I had a cortadito – the coffee brewed to perfection with the hint of milk cutting just enough of the bold flavor.
The cubano sandwich is on the larger side!! Bread was very VERY good. I had the ropa veinjo, and it was filling and substantial. Dipping the fried plantains into the thick gravy was satisfying
Ended with the flan. Homemade!! With just the right amount of ‘egginess’ IYKYK!!!
Excellent experience. Easy on the wallet. Would return and bring friends.

We were greeted and seated quickly and chose a booth. The dinner options were mostly around $18. Our food came out hot and was delicious. I had enough to eat and take home for seconds. Our server was incredible and suggested the fresca drinks, we tried the tamarind (loved loved) and Jamaica (hibiscus drink good). We will be returning our server suggested we try the grilled grouper tacos next time which we will.

It was my birthday weekend and i just woke up from a nap and wanted to go grab a Turkey Cuban that I thought I got last weekend from this Cuban spot. Upon entering I was still sleepy, tired, sweats/hoodie type of ordeal… but the guy still greeted me with a smile and told me to sit and order. I realized I was that tired that I forgot to even sit down and order since I wasnt taking it to go. Since it was my birthday weekend, I asked my waiter Luiz (MADE THE BEST NO CAP BUT THE BEST MARGARITA I HAVE EVER HAD! Even been to mexico and still have not had a better margarita then the one he made)to hook me up with a “Turkey Cuban”(I was confused with the Cuban restaurant next door). When the order came it looked wonderful but then i took a second look at the meat and realize it was beef (I dont eat beef, chicken or pork). I asked another gentleman to notify Luiz to correct mistake and the sweet cook (Daya) came out with the menu and express what they offer. I was delighted and stayed and order a grouper cuban and BOY WAS I SURPRISED!!!! It was legit the best cuban I HAVE HAD IN MY LIFE! For one I never had a Grouper Cuban and oh my God it was the best ever! I even went to Miami and had a Cuban sandwich and it was not the same! I Appreciate these people here Most certainly I appreciate the Cook for coming out to talk to me. She really is the reason why I made this review.
(Below you will see a picture of both of the Cubans I got the regular Cuban and the fish Cuban)
