Waited in line for 23 minutes only to find they were out of nearly everything – chip’s were stale
– no ice – the restaurant was literally disgusting. I will say though – the beautiful oblivious girl working the register was delightful. This store desperately needs a leader.

Went there at 9:00 Friday . There were 5 people working. It was pretty busy after a wrestling tournament. The workers slopped the food together. Almost every protein was out so they gave you 1/2 servings. Chips were stale or undercooked. The sitting area was very dirty. There was no ice in the ice machine. Just an overall shitty experience. Definitely won’t be going back to that one or any other Chipotle.

I refuse to go here. They don’t add lime or cilantro to the white rice, pure laziness, they skimp you on food and meat, today I stopped to go in at 3pm…. Had an older women working by herself on the front line…. While 4 younger kids were doing carry out and cooking. And 8 people in line…. I felt bad for her and left because I couldn’t wait 40min for this line, no offense she was very slow….I ended up going to moraine chipotle where I usually go and drive 15 min out of the way for that location because they don’t skimp you on food and always are super fast!!!

I experienced the worst customer service here tonight. There was only one customer at the cashier and an empty line, yet there was no greeting the staff just stood around talking to each other as if they didn’t see me. I had to say hello first before they acknowledged my kids and l. From that point on, everything moved in slow motion while preparing our food, even though we were the only customers.
The staff could definitely use a refresher on customer service and a reminder to show more care when assisting guests. We’re in an economic crisis right now, and no one wants to spend their hard-earned money only to receive poor service. I see why this location has a 3.9 rating.
This Chipotle won’t be getting me as a repeat customer. First impressions are lasting impressions.

Do not order for pickup here. I’ve done so multiple times and the bowl is never more then 25% full. This is insulting. I will never be coming here again, 3 strikes and you’re out. The staff don’t seem to care and don’t even greet you when you walk in.

I have no problem with your staff or your food but every time I come in usually few minutes after you guys open the restrooms are trashed and have not been clean. This is like the fifth time I’ve noticed this and I go there at least once or twice a week. I got to go and I feel unclean when I come out

God forbid you go to this location after 6pm. They run out of everything such as cheese, steak, white rice, etc. everyone is slow and doesn’t care about doing their job, randomly disappearing to the back only to not come back out, and for other employees to look at you like they’re lost. Felt bad for the lady making my order as she was nice but working alone. Definitely don’t recommend.

The food in the service was good, but as I’m in line, getting my food made a female Manager, who was in the lobby, started screaming at the people behind the line and even told them to shut up. I don’t know who would want a manager like that in their store. I will definitely not be back..
