When you get food it’s pretty good. But the last 3 times I’ve been the line is all the way to the door. When I do decide to stay which is rare nowadays I see why the line is out the door: it’s not because it’s super busy: it’s because the line is SLOW. Food is good but it takes way longer than other Qdoba locations for the workers to make the food so the line gets backed up.
Probably just needs a better line system or employee effort to not be at a snails pace

I met the GM of this store and I have to tell you that she truly cares about the work that goes into this establishment. She spoke at length about the protocols they follow and how her staff follow them to a T. If I could choose to eat at any Qdoba, it would be this one. Thank you, Angela!

I went in today to get my breakfast because I was really craving Qdoba. Usually everything is fresh and on point, but today was disappointing. No one greeted me when I walked in, the food didn’t seem as fresh, and there weren’t as many options on the hot bar as there normally are. The chips were also stale. They did apologize for not greeting me, but I was still charged for a regular small bowl even though I ordered a kids’ small bowl. They told me they no longer have kids’ meals, and I also got chips with it. Overall, it just wasn’t the experience I’m used to having there.

The place has a cool, vibey atmosphere, but the service was unprofessional. It was my first time at QDOBA, and I had no idea how to order. The staff just stood around talking to each other and even flirted with the customer in front of us instead of helping. When we paid for our quesadillas, they said they’d “get it out for us,” but after waiting about 10 minutes, we realized they’d forgotten. They only remembered when they saw us still standing there watching them, and that’s when they finally called us over. The manager was up front by then and told an employee to ask us if the food was okay, so he said, “Does this look okay, or does this look burnt?” It looked fine on top, so we said it was okay—but when we started eating, we saw the bottom was badly burnt. Maybe it was just an off night, but my first QDOBA experience was disappointing.

QDOBA: where “free guac” is just a clever distraction from their real talent—nickel-and-diming you into oblivion the second more than three people walk through the door. Oh, it’s busy? Congratulations, that’ll be an extra charge because apparently their pricing model operates on surge pricing like you’re ordering an Uber at 2 AM on New Year’s Eve. Nothing says “fresh Mexican” quite like getting financially punished for having the audacity to show up during lunch rush. At least Chipotle is upfront about bleeding your wallet dry.

At 6:35pm on Oct 17 I went in & got a steak bowl with extra meat & sauce I didn’t care to pay extra. But the people behind me also got extra meat & they didn’t let the cashier know. I’m upset because the co employee that was black did not let the cashier know because the couple was the same color! That was unfair & definitely wrong to me when I told her I didn’t care to pay extra! But everyone needs to be treated the same! I use to be a manager @ a restaurant & that was definitely not right!

Thru no fault of the dasher themselves (because it’s a sealed bag that they just pick up and deliver), the people here obviously cannot read a ticket to include sides. Also did not include cutlery when it said it did. I called qdoba to try to resolve it and they said I needed to come in. I ordered it for DoorDash because I’m at work. I obviously can’t come in. I’m really angry that I paid almost $40 for just the food in this order and they can’t be bothered to read a ticket to include all of my order.

Every ingredient carried flavors that perfectly combine making the entire nacho combo hardy and delicious. Nothing bland about this. Service was quick and pleasant. Was in and out in no time at all. Love all the options to pick from veggies, two types of rice, two melted cheeses and shredded, guacamole always tastes fresh.
