Nope absolutely do not recommend, was told he was not going to fill my fridge with sauce when I ordered, 2 corndogs, a burger and tater tots and asked for my sauce packets of sauces I order through the app that i was allowed to begin with …. he only gave me TWO FOR 6 PEOPLE TO SHARE BETWEEN 4 ITEMS AND TOLD ME TO PAY FOR THE IF I WANTED IT.

and explained it was for perfect item for different people.

1 corndog (2 sauce packets) = because they are dry and the sauce packets are little
1 corndog = (2 sauce packets)

2 for my burger

2 for each kids to share for the tater tots

very rude very unprofessional very very hateful.

if I pay through the app your stealing from me when you refuse to give me my stuff it allowed me to order.

I did not see the little sign that said no tap to pay. My mistake but the older lady that was taking my order was absolutely so rude and condescending. It was not called for! The floors and countertops were very dirty as well!!!! Would not recommend this sonic on the truck stop at all!!!!

I ordered 10 quarter pound Coney got nine of them burnt and could not eat them tried calling to fix the problem no answer till 9:55 the manager said he would fix it the next time I come in so does that mean that me and my family and grandbaby do get to eat our Dinner tonight thank

Pull up to drive thru order 2 strawberry sundae’s. Total comes to 5.70 I give them $7. I said keep the change it’s a tip. This is what I get and when I asked if they ran out of ice cream they laughed and said our boss said it’s supposed to be like this. Yet boss would not come to window. I try to call, phone number disconnected. Absolutely horrible service. Wish I’d never tipped them. I will not be back. The owners will be notified.

The food quality is just lost. Cucumbers in a burger is just awful. They have changed the pickles into cucumbers (yes I know). They have gotten rid of the ice cream cone, and the malt. These were my favorite things about sonic throughout the years. These service no matter where I go is incredibly slow. I normally wait about 20 minutes each visit. I usually only get a large cheddar pepper and a large drink.

I stopped by this location to get food while I was getting gas since it was convenient. However, I tried to order from 3 different machines, and each time I was told they couldn’t hear me or could kinda hear me. So either 3 of their machines were down or they simply didn’t want to take my order.

Your intercom sucks. Had to complete my order at the window after waiting in line behind 2 other vehicles, then had to wait for them to make my order. No need to rush if you’re placing an order at that restaurant. Food was great, girl at the drive thru window was a little on the rude side. The person that was working the intercom came to the window to get the rest of my order while the first part sat on the counter by the window getting cold. His response to my comment that he never let me complete my order was the intercom doesn’t work properly. Maybe that’s the case maybe he just shut it off before I finished placing my order. Either way it’ll be a while before I stop in there again.

We have never had a good experience at this sonic. This sonic needs new management!! This last visit we sat at the terminal and wait over 10 minutes after pushing the red button before we just left. Fire someone and hire people that want to work!!
