Just asked for a simple double cheese with no mayo or ketchup. Got the burger right not obviously didn’t listen on no ketchup or mayo. Had to throw away the burger and not gonna risk asking them to fix it cause of them doing something disgusting to it.

We ordered online just two Jr cheese burgers snd that was it tell me why it took them 20min to bring it out? And then my order went off the screen and I had to call them and they had to “Find” my order and we’re insisting that I didn’t log in when I specifically put the stall # when I got there. This sonic and its timing and workers attitudes are always a problem this isn’t the 1st time I’ve had problems with this one but the location is convenient but the time it takes, makes me just want to take my business to a different location from now on and last week the person at the speaker cut my bf off when he wasn’t done ordering this has also happened to other family members as well. Whomever is running this location needs to get it together or just quit.

I am not one to complain but I order pretty frequently from this place and I had ordered a burger with cheese and bacon no pickles are tomato’s and the burger had no cheese or bacon but had pickles and tomato’s. I ordered it through the app and picked up at a discounted price so I can’t complain too much but it’s unfortunate whenever you pay for additional toppings and don’t get what you paid for. Called the manager and explained to him what happen but I was already at home and across town when I noticed it incorrect. He responded “okay” and hung up. I won’t come to this location again.

I like sonic alot, I like getting drinks here especially. They dont ever mess my order up and service is great. I feel like its getting pretty pricey but occasionally ill go get a dirty sprite or something and the kids love the popping Boba when they have it.

They make there fries and tater tots so hard people with no teeth can’t eat them and they taste funny along with there burgers there putting sweet pickles in them instead of dill pickles the chilli cheese dogs aren’t right either

Following suit to many other places for order ahead and curbside pick-up Sonic now has parking spots reserved for those app customers. However, it does seem they have gone overboard at a few locations, leaving fewer spots for customers who prefer to park, order, and eat. With less spots to park in an already small parking area, more customers are forced to use the drive thru.
This location had good customer service, our order was correct, and our food was hot and fresh.

We went around 7pm for dinner. We ordered 3 meals. The guy that served us through the drive thru sounded like he was very tied and was ready to go home. They got 2 of our orders wrong but the lady was happy to help assist in correcting our meals which was great. The chilli cheese cord dog tasted very bland, like there was no seasoning on it. I don’t know. But if I was a sonic, I would review their menu and taste what they are actually selling. If it don’t taste right don’t sell it or change the ingredients to make it taste right. Anyways I give them a 2. Sorry guys. Just wasn’t On the ball tonight.

I usually have a pretty standard Sonic experience here. However, I only order unsweet tea earlier in the day from here. Anytime I’ve gotten it in the last couple hours they’re open it already tastes old. There’s actually only two stores in town where I will order unsweet tea after 6:00 p.m. from. This store can be a bit slower than others, but I usually order in the app so that’s not much of an issue.

The person that brought us our food was amazing but the food itself was awful 3 bites in i literally vomited in the stall in was we were eating in .There was just something off with the burgers me and my boyfriend both got sick we couldn’t even finish the meal ended up throwing it away money wasted wouldnt go here again
