Went through the drive through we waited maybe like 15 minutes which is cool, but when we got our order it was not complete. Mind you the people who was working was giggling and laughing out loud and not even taking the orders serious. Lame service!

The service was good. Food was bad. The lettuce on both burgers was so rotten and slimy I had to wipe it all off completely, and somehow the top buns on both burgers were… soggy? Like they were dipped in water and fell apart (???) when I lifted them up to get the lettuce off. Weird.

I don’t understand why this place closes early all the time ! I feel super unsafe at this Sonic. There is the same homeless man everytime I go there. He comes right up to my car and bothers me asking for money. In the world today, it is really scary having a stranger come up to me like that. The management need to do better about not letting their customers get harassed. Especially at 10 at night.

Will not return again they knew this hot dog was broke I said very light chili what is wrong with fast food I see no salt on a tater tots but tater tots were very cold mind you this is doing the middle of lunch everything during the middle of lunch should be fresh not me that 10:00 in the morning and serving to people at 12:00 noon I must admit when I spoke with the managers I can’t recall their names but the managers were very sweet pleasant polite and apologize over and over again we spent all our time trying to govern all kind of other laws that needs to be some kind of federal government law over fast food workers they need to go to a class and get certificates so they can know how to treat people and handle people when they order food they need to ask themselves is this something they would eat

Ordered a smahser no cheese no pickles no onions and a connie dog with NO CHEESE ; CLEARLY SAID NO CHEESE AT THE DT AND AT THE WINDOW TWICE since i had to order the Connie dog at the window.
Spin back around and they hand us a pretzel … and after 10 MINUTES THEY FINALLY HAND US THE FOOD .BURGER WAS ALL WRONG AGAIN BUT AT LEAST IT DID NOT HAVE CHEESE.

Cannot give a review of anything but service, which was non-existent. On a Friday at 2:30 I pulled into stall 20, pressed the service button and waited for my order to be taken. And waited. And waited. After about 5 minutes I was thinking if it takes this long just to acknowledge my existence, how long would the order take? So I left. Sad part is the car hops lost out on $$ since I usually tip pretty good.

The wonderful server at this location is able to hand over my dogs ice cream cup to him. He takes it gently with his teeth and places it on backseat to enjoy .every visit is good. Thank you for loving and spoiling my Brutus. He’s my sons dog but Gramma takes him to Sonic for his ice cream!

I got a $4.74 drink look at my charge this morning on my bank and they charged me$10.81.That is stealing ! Unbelievable! So I guess they charge whatever they want when they take your debit card.
