Sortino’s Italian Kitchen is a new age red sauce restaurant where old-school Italian cuisine meets the modern age. Sortino’s brings to the Poconos a tradition of hospitality established by Giorgio and Giacomo Sortino more than 60 years ago when they opened the original Sortino’s Little Italy. Diners enjoy a wide range of Italian menu items, including pasta, brick oven pizza and baked entrees.

Sortino’s Italian Kitchen is absolutely amazing! The Seafood Al Diavolo was one of the best dishes I’ve ever had—packed with flavor, perfectly cooked seafood, and just the right amount of heat.
The food is outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The pasta is cooked perfectly, the sauces are rich and authentic, and everything tastes truly homemade. Portions are very generous, so you definitely get your money’s worth.
My waitress was extremely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with recommendations. The service was quick without feeling rushed, which made the whole experience even better. She definitely earned a great tip!
Our bill was only $125, which I found to be very affordable for the amount and quality of food we received.
Highly recommend this place—definitely a must-visit in the Poconos!

Every employee was so sweet. The hostesses were the sweetest girls ever. We came to celebrate my best friend’s birthday and YALL—the restaurant was beautiful and the food was amazing. We had Jostin as our server and he was super nice and attentive. He always made sure we were okay and never missed a beat. Anyone thinking “should I go here?” The answer is yes!

My family and I went for dinner, and we were not disappointed. I ordered the Chicken Marsala, and it was amazing. The noodles soaked up the rich sauce beautifully, and the mushrooms added so much depth. The chicken was cooked perfectly. My wife had a pasta dish with steak medallions, and those medallions were cooked to perfection. My mother-in-law ordered a seafood pasta that looked and smelled fantastic, and she loved every bite.
Everything was phenomenal from start to finish. Next time we’re back at Kalahari, I’ll definitely be making another reservation at Sortino’s. Highly recommend!

The food is excellent! The Love Bread, the cheesy garlic bread the frutti di mare were my favorites. All the dishes had so much flavor. The portions are pretty big so good thing there are microwaves in the hotel rooms!

We are brand new to the Pocono area and met family who were staying at the resort. They made reservations here and told us it’s the best! As a NY native, I was skeptical how good the pizza could be but man was I wrong! Their pizza is better than most in NY! Our table had a margarita pizza, Mediterranean pizza and the Italian meat pizza, all out of this world! So glad we found this gem, we will be back regularly!

I had the Pasta Mafia, it was an amazing combination of flavor although 1 of my 3 medallion were well done while the other 2 were cooked to perfection. My wife had the chicken parmesan and said it was good but we had to send it back due to the noddles being raw.

Great night! It was my birthday around the corner and we wanted to celebrate it together . We tried this place for the first time and we will definitely be back. Our server made my birthday special!Thank you Jonnieg! I’m fighting cancer for awhile now but she made me forget about it! Food, drinks,service and atmosphere was amazing! After being seated, the server did not come to our table the entire time. We had looked at the menu and selected our appetizers and entre and drinks and still nothing from the server. We had to ask for the server to come over. After taking the order, the food came really fast. Overall the food was good. However, it took a really time to pay the bill since we wanted to just charge it to the room. However, we had spent over the incidental amount changed to our credit card when we checked in. It caused a lot of confusion and took forever for them to figure out.

We had such a great experience tonight, and a big part of that was our server. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely attentive throughout the entire meal. He made us feel welcomed from the moment we sat down and checked in just the right amount — always there when we needed something, but never intrusive.
You can tell he really cares about providing great service. He was patient, positive, and made the whole evening more enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who balances professionalism with warmth so effortlessly. We truly appreciated his energy and attention to detail.
