Awesome service, every employee was super friendly & thorough. My breakfast was perfect, probably the best steak,egg & cheese bagel I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. I definitely want to sing their praises. Also if you use the drive thru here PLEASE be very careful. There’s some sort of crazy exotic birds that roam the parking lot, they’re very sweet.

The store was clean when I came in but I can’t say I was impressed with the customer service. I placed an order on the kiosk for 15 cheeseburgers as I had a house full of people to feed. As soon as I paid I heard a young lady yell out “15 cheeseburgers! Who orders that many burgers?!?” I quietly sat down and waited for the order to be made. While waiting I heard two other comments about the number of burgers I had ordered. Once my order was finished and handed to me I tried to get the attention of the manager twice as he walked away. This was approximately 8pm tonight and there was noone else in the dining room. Therefore, he was not too busy to talk to me. However, one of the other workers approached me and asked if I needed anything. I asked her if the gentleman I was trying to get the attention of was the manager. She confirmed that it was. I then asked if I could speak with him. He approached the counter and I explained to him that before his employees criticized someone’s order, they should probably make sure that the customer is not in ear shot. It was obvious he was not listening and just brushing me off as he couldnt even look at me standing at the counter, he kept looking at the soap dispenser towards the kitchen. I finally looked over the counter and waved my hand saying hey I’m not back there, I am right in front of you. He replied that he knows. So then I said, “You can’t even look at me when I am talking to you?” To which he replied, “No”. He then said that he would talk to his employees. I am sure he won’t being as he can’t look someone in the eye while having a conversation. I told him that I can see Im not going to get anywhere with him as he isn’t even listening and that I will be leaving a review. He didn’t seem to care about the poor customer service that he and his staff were giving. I honestly don’t know how this man was put in a leadership position. If it wasn’t for customers, he wouldn’t have a paycheck. Furthermore, I in no way should have to justify my order. Instead, the employees should be taught to do the job they are getting paid for, which doesn’t include critiquing customer orders.

There were signs to prevent unwanted customers, I guess. I don’t know if they are strict to follow them.
The tables are a bit sticky, and some are left drinks or sauce or something. I guess it needs more staff.

NO ONE EVER COMES UP TO THE COUNTER!! They will ignore you as long as they can before giving prompt customer service. You are better off going through the drive thru if you want to eat anytime soon.

This is consistently the worst McDonald’s experience in the Saint Augustine area. Every visit results in a significantly incorrect order. For example, combo meals are often assembled incorrectly, and requested condiments are routinely missing. While I understand the fast-paced nature of the job, the level of repeated errors suggests a serious need for staff retraining and improved quality control. Until management addresses these fundamental issues, I strongly advise others to beware and avoid this location.

Go hungry before wasting your time here. Line was wrapped around the building, nobody on front counter, kiosks were working but the receipt paper was installed upside down so we didn’t know our order number. Employees were arguing about drive thru orders and not even acknowledging the 10 people in the lobby waiting to order while the kiosks were down.

For a fast food restaurant they are one of the better McDonald’s I’ve been to. The food is fresh and hot. The service is excellent and the staff is courteous and friendly. I highly recommend them for your fast food needs.

Based on my visit it appears to be a well run McDonald’s. The manager was walking around asking people how their service and meals were. The interior looks very clean and well kept. One of the better run McDonald’s that I’ve been to. They even have a Banksy-like mural on one of the walls.
