I just went through the drive-thru. When I arrived home, I checked the food. For the second straight time, the potato looked like it had been in the warmer for hours. It was hard, and the flesh had begun to turn brown. Inedible. Do better!

Went here for the first time today, and let me say i am very impressed! the cashiers were professional and made sure we got my order right. The food was hot and made correctly; not only that they made sure i had my ranch in the bag! I went around 1:30pm and i will definitely be returning to this location!

Was very disgusted with the drive thru manner at around 930-10pm o’clockish had been doordash for the evening after working my 1st job trying to make some extra cash so stopped in for a quick dinner for my family! Went thru the drive thru to order an the poor girl was having trouble finally placed my order pull around to the windows and pay $34ish dollars later I’m handed my drinks with no straws ok I wait then the girl brings me my bag and shoves the window shut so I wait to let her know I need straws she comes to the window as I ask her for straws she smiles turns around and grabs just 1 I say I have 3 drinks and she just stares at me an smiles like she doesn’t understand or I have to pay for my utensils I’m sorry but I paid that amount and you can’t even get my order right we had to turn around and go back into the store because they gave us the wrong order on top of us having to wait 8 min for our order

I recently visited the Wendy’s on East Broad Street in Statesville, NC and had a very disappointing experience with my order. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a chicken wrap, and both items were unacceptable.
When I bit into the chicken sandwich, it felt like biting into a large piece of gristle or something that was not properly prepared. The texture was extremely tough and unpleasant. The chicken wrap was also undercooked and completely cold when I received it, which made the entire meal very concerning.
Food—especially chicken—should always be properly cooked and served hot. The quality of what I received did not meet basic food safety or customer service expectations. I ended up not being able to eat most of the meal.
I would appreciate someone looking into this issue and making sure food quality is improved so this doesn’t happen to other customers

Food was cold and old. The drink bar was wet from tea all over it some was dried and sticky. The floor was sticky by tea dispensers. They wasn’t that busy. I just feel it should have been cleaned during their down time. Maybe it’s just me I use to work several years in restaurant management. When it comes to cleanliness and wasting time on the clock. Specially when there is things that could be getting done.

Asked for fresh fries and had to pull back around for nuggets so the second time we were here we were asked to pull forward and didn’t because we had to already next thing you know the manager slams the window open demands we moved forward next thing you know he snapped a picture. We let him know we will be speaking to higher up because we didn’t disrespect anyone and weren’t rude for requesting fresh food. He was very rude don’t know his name but he was a Caucasian man ! Do not appreciate and will be making a complaint on the receipt as well.

My wife just came through the drive thru and asked for more BBQ sauce, and instead of being patient, some lady in a wendys hoodie just threw the BBQ sauce at her, said she wasnt paying attention (she was putting food and drink up after it being handed to her) and said “have a goodnight”. I’ve worked in customer service for YEARS, and that kind of behavior is unacceptable. We will NOT be returning.

We have are there twice in the last 2 weeks thinking the first time was just a bad night but both times the food has been inedible by the time we get home. One was a pickup by us the other was door dash.We expect some things when not eaten fresh in, the store but the cold, hard food, inedible food is not what you expect. Idk what’s going on with staff here but we just did a full refund with DoorDash tonight for the food we got including the missing items we never received. The didn’t used to be an issue. This store needs to get its act together.
