I used the App in the drive thru and was sent to the wait spot for my order. I asked them quickly for ketchup because they were bringing it to me and couldn’t ask at the window. She said it would be in the bag. The first bag brought to my car was wrong so they had to ask every car until they found the right one. The second person comes to my car, also wrong. So they have to knock on every car until the find the right one. The third person finally had the right meal, but of course no ketchup, and no napkins for a meal to go.
Sadly, I’m not surprised by the poor service.

McDonald’s in Harrison Ohio has went completely downhilll. Decaf coffee is always cold. They Have you pull to curbside every time because the drive thru people can’t get the orders out on time. When the order does come to you finally it is always wrong. Fed up… will try Arby’s and Wendy’s in the area from now on.

McDonald’s is really making the interior of their locations devoid of any personality or charm. Really cramming corporate blandness down your throat. The death of restaurant individuality and atmosphere is growing worse.
Despite that, quick service, very friendly staff, food was good and hot. Fresh. Nothing other than McDonald’s feeling like a hollow shell of it’s former self visually to complain about.

Stay off your phones and maybe you guys wouldn’t screw up constantly that includes management. By far the worst McDonald’s in the Cincinnati area. It’s not rocket science it’s fast food get it together for once. Your little email the store stuff. Is bs because it’s been done before and you never followed up so save that response.

The person that took our order was very rude. I get it you’re busy, but there’s no reason to be disrespectful. My food was sloppy. The cheese wasn’t melted. I’m not the type of person to complain, but how I was treated in the drive-through was not right.

they make me wait at the second window for 20+ min every time for value menu stuff. last time I was completely forgotten and never got my food. I couldn’t pull around and come in because I had a sleeping toddler in the back and just decided it was smartest for me to leave before I caused a scene…as I pulled away I watch the manger come to the window nothing in hand a shrug at me… Absolute joke of an establishment

This McDonalds is an absolute joke.
Anytime that my family went to eat at the Harrison location we had horrible service.
Our food was always cold, took WAY to long to get to us. 5-10 minutes if busy okay. Makes sense. However, we have gone to eat there when there was no line in the drive thru and they weren’t busy inside and our food still took forever, came out cold and our orders are never right. We door dash too and recently everything has been 10+ minutes longer than the time doordash told us their food would be ready.
I went to the Bright location tonight and the service and food were perfect. Had no issues and they were packed!

Since this stores reopen, I have ordered twice. The first time I ordered the new adult happy meals and when I received my order everything was cold, I overlooked this thinking it’s newly opened, tons of people it’s fine. I just received my second order and it was terrible! I ordered a big Mac meal with large Dr pepper and large fry. The large fry had the same amount as a small fry in the container, and my dr pepper is literally tinted brown water with bubbles, but I’m thirsty so I am still drinking it but you’ll notice the color difference, and the bottom bun of my big Mac is hard and stale.

After she doesn’t say anything and I was being patient to make sure she was prepared and not busy, she screams “WHAT DO YOU WANT” we placed our order and asked for a plain cheeseburger.
