As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This place was absolutely terrible. The fries were extremely gross and left a weird after taste I only ate one. The chicken tenders were super dry and hard as a rock. The coke that I got tasted watered down and honestly didn’t taste like cola. Sauce was forgetten. I spent 35 dollars and didn’t even try any of it. It got thrown out immediately, will never come here again it was a disappointment. If I could I wouldn’t even give this place one star.

Im currently suffering with Bells palsy and today around 6:18pm I went to this checkers to get a cup of water because of the dry mouth that I have dued to bells palsy, I went there asked for a cup of water and the manager im assuming that was there closed the window and turned her head on me and gave me a attitude which was discriminating. Which led to another employee to give me a cup of water. I come here alot with my child and spend money daily with this checkers. I feel embarrassed, I feel ashamed im already suffering with bells palsy. I dont like how I was treated today. I was not treated with respect at all I was treated very very poorly today and im very disappointed because I come here daily with my child. Is this how managers treat customers? Especially people suffering with disabilities

Rude service and terrible food. This place used to be cheap granted the food was nothing out of the ordinary. Now the quality seems even worse and the prices have almost tripled, why eat here when I can get better food for cheaper. You guys are charging Five Guys prices for food that taste like it has freezer burn. Never again.

Wilting lettuce gross food and way over priced worst service I have ever gotten here ever this place is going downhill fast I threw away my burger so gross browning lettuce is old trash when are restaurants going to be getting better about this the burger tasted like it was a week old and the fries are hot fresh and delicious. I tried Checkers for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. I went through the drive through and I order menu 1. The ingredients were fresh, the lettuce was crunchy. I also liked that the burger wasn’t overpoweringly salty, which I usually find other burgers being. 10/10 would recommend.
