LOVE FIVE GUYS BURGERS AND FRIES! The shakes are pretty memorable too!
Talk about drool-inducing food. My stars! While the prices have increased with inflation over the past several years, there are few chains that produce such well-constructed, consistent, flavorful burgers as Five Guys.
The friendly team at the Joplin Five Guys is quick to greet you, are attentive to take your order, and they promptly serve it in a little brown bag full of joy! Thankful for fast, friendly service at Five Guys. I always get a smile from the cork boards with crayons and note cards guests can use to show their appreciation and creativity.
Love the fries with cajun seasoning (which is gluten-free), but the plain fries are delicious. I love them with salt & pepper and a side of mayo or ketchup. Love that Five Guys lets you personalize any burger with grilled onions, raw onion, pickles, A-1 steak sauce, BBQ sauce, ketchup, mustard, mayo, lettuce, tomato, jalapeños, etc. The tasty burgers are wrapped in tin foil & while I love to eat the burger fresh in restaurant with hot fries, I once had my wife bring one home that sat in the fridge a few hours, and that burger marinated in the flavors and aged to perfection inside that foil wrapper. Incredible.
There’s no bad time for Five Guys. Always a delicious treat.

lets start with the good..the fries were good..now for all the bad..NO handicap parking..not a single stripe on the parking lot so i guess you park however you want to..store was not very clean..now to the hamburger..if your looking for a great burger go somewhere else..it is mid at best..i guess seasoning is not an option you just dont get any..Not a block away is What a burger that is way better and cheaper..Freddys right down the road blows this place away..Babes a few miles away beats this place hands down..i dont get the hype here..its not worth it..i dont see how that its possible people can rate this 5 stars..I will be notifying Joplin that this business does not provide handicap parking(yes im disabled)..for a better burger go somewhere else..im sure the response will show that they will pretend to care as with most corporate responses. As i stated their response is that they dont care just as i expected..Five Guys dont care at all as long as people are willing to pay the ridiculous price for sub par food.

I ordered a double bacon burger with extra stuff but not cheese.. i got back a double bacon burger with cheese no big deal right just take it back and they will replace it …..nope…they make you do things not needed just replace it…. so after an attitude from the cook i got another burger….the bacon was burnt some and put together like a 12 year old throwing a tantrum other than that is was great

Best burgers around and the cajun fris are so good! Problem is everyone i know from out of town says they think its closed due to no road access. Its been open a very ling time! I hope we can keep this one. So good.

Doordashing experience was atrocious; I received an order from this restaurant, someone took the order (whether it was another dasher that took it and cancelled their order, or a random individual) and I asked them to remake it and I’d pay for it. Their reasoning was unclear and disrespectful to the customer. Would suggest firing the two that I spoke with.

Pros: friendly, fast service; choose all your burger toppings at no extra charge; clean; the little fry is plenty of fries for two people to share; as many free peanuts as you want to eat.
Cons: REALLY expensive for a fast food burger joint (for two people each eating a little burger, sharing a little fry, and sharing a large drink it was just under $20); you’d better like american cheese and a sesame bun because that is the only choice you get; the regular fries are certainly nothing to write home about, but maybe the cajun fries are better (they also cost more).
Honestly we probably won’t be back simply because of the price.

This location is very dirty. The drink station had a horrible riding smell and fruit flies. The kitchen walls had grease running down them. And then there was like water damage and set the kitchen on the light lenses. The price of the food is definitely not worth it. I will not be return and I don’t recommend this location. This is my first and last time again this location to reviews that I’ve heard about.
