Didn’t have an enjoyable experience at all!! The staff were lovely, but we waited an hour for the starter and then another hour for dinner! Really annoyed us especially because we prebooked in advance.
The food was definitely not worth the money. Had the smallest portion of food and it was barely edible.
My son got the loaded fries and he got what looked like a childs sized bowl of chips with hardly any topping (see photos). No one was happy!
Paid for 4hrs parking in Riverside because it took forever to get the food and then pay. Sooo sloooooow!
I wished we had gone to wetherspoons opposite. At least their microwaved food would’ve been a little better and filling…plus you get what you pay for and they’re alot faster in service. Plus drinks will be alot cheaper.

Wonderful place. I have walked past many times and I’m disappointed I haven’t gone in before now. The staff are so kind, and friendly, understanding of needs. We were discussed allergens and food choices clearly and understood everything before ordering. The staff were not put off or frustrated by the questions but were patient. The food came fast, and was fresh. The allergen foods clearly marked. It was an in whole very pleasant experience. We will visit again.

Myself, my husband and our 2 children went for a meal on a Thursday around 4pm the restaurant was very quiet and even though we had made a reservation we hadn’t needed to on this occasion. Me and my husband went a couple of years ago on a Saturday evening and this was a completey different experience. When me and my husband went it was very busy and I don’t think the kitchen could keep up with the food orders we was kept waiting for over an hour for our food and while we need get an apology and a complimentary drink it put us off returning as if we was going to the cinema after we would have missed our movie and wouldn’t want to take the risk. But this time the food arrived very quickly and was really enjoyable. Would definitely return.

Quickvisit before going to the Cinema, quiet. but that’s expected at 3.30pm!! Nice welcome by Chelsea who also dealt with all our orders efficiently and with a smile. Tried different food from our normal orders and was really impressed.

Went in today with my family, our server Chelsea was absolutely amazing she gave us plenty of time to decide (my grandmother can be very indecisive at times so it was really nice that we didnt feel rushed). She made us feel warm and welcome which really added to our day, food came quite quick too, the portions was just right for us and was all lovely.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating with requests. Robin was very attentive and quick in providing service.
